Booked a twin studio, travelling with my daughter. Given a double studio and staff did not apologize, or attempt anything to fix the situation. No towels or soap in bathroom, looked like the room had not been cleaned/serviced apart from remaking the bed from previous occupants. Also, when booking used a credit card to confirm the room with intentions of using a different one to pay however credit card was already deducted on arrival.

Easy to get to and from. Missing some basics in unit, I.e. soaps in the bathroom and kitchenette areas.l The heater units supplied are past their used by dates interms of possible safety from toppling over. Fixed wall heaters or heatpump units are better suited for application. AV systems in rooms need updating.

The owner was very rude, the bed is very uncomfortable, very cold room heater wasn't working. Smelly room. The place doesn't worth for the price.. The door lock need to be upgraded. Everything. The service was awful.
