The property was in a wonderful area where you could easily walk to any attractions without having to find an Uber. The staff were extremely kind and helpful! I recommend for anyone visiting Chicago who wants everything in walking distance!
-
Room was clean but maybe needs a little TLC, especially a new bed. Otherwise the stay was great!! Drinks were great, staff was great, and close to tourist things.
-
Great location for Lollapalooza, lots of character (in a good way). Loved the keys and super heavy doors. Nice stay.

The location is perfect! Bed was very comfortable and the view was outstanding. It’s probably time to start refreshing the bathrooms but they are acceptable.
-
Really lovely historic space close to transit and many sights in downtown Chicago! The staff were excellent and kind. Bed was very comfortable. Nice amenities like coffee in the afternoons and breakfast in the morning. Very close to L trains and walkable to lots of great architectural sights (go across the street to the Macy’s and see the interior Tiffany mosaic atrium, you won’t be disappointed). A great spot for solo travel as well! Thanks to everyone who made my stay cozy.
-
Location iconic beautifully presented One of the lights didn't work and it would have been nice if there were two drinking flasks instead of one.
-
Atmosphere, staff, location, little nice compliments for the guests, history, architecture. Slightly worn out.
-
Everything The bar selection needs to have more a liquor and beer selection
-
Great location on the loop and near public transportation. Poor security as anyone could walk in off the street from either entrance and go upstairs to the rooms. The front desk staff were not attentive and seemed to be looking at their phones. Cookies were not put out 2 afternoons we were there and had to ask for them. The restaurant food was very salty and while aspects of the food were tasty the salt was distracting.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. May I offer a suggestion to service pork and turkey bacon.

Great location and easy public transportation to explore the city and Wrigley field. Lovely room with great view.

The staff was helpful and generally awesome.

We loved being in the loop. We walked to Navy Pier, the Bean, a river cruise and many other attractions. The food was amazingly good close to the hotel. It’s a great place to stay and enjoy the city!!
-
While the staff were lovely this definitely wasn't worth it. The amenities are old, the rooms are TINY and they nickle and dime you for everything. Won't be staying at this pineapple again.
