The room was comfortable, the rug was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV wasn't playing all the channels I think they need to get rid of the satellite and get cable,and do something about the bugs back by room 131 and fix the shelf in the shower. Other than that the staff was great and the room was ok.

The place was clean and freindly, but rooms were a bit dated. Hot water was not good, so the 'hot' tub was more of a 'warm' tub. No ice anywhere near the room. had to drive to the front office to get it

Honestly the only thing I like about the property are the mirrors that could have beeb CLEANED especially above the bed It’s been years since I’ve stayed at this hotel to my surprise nothing has changed! I always remembered the rooms having a ODOR to them I did the “DOVE POOL SUITE” Pool was FREEZING COLD could not adjust temperature Television was STUCK on 1 channnel entire duration For these rooms to cost damn near $500 IT IS NOT WORTH IT! It’s time for a UPGRADE

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The property manager was rude, disrespectful, impatient, and completely unprofessional. At no point did he show any willingness to listen, understand the situation, or help resolve the issue. Instead, I was treated with arrogance and a complete lack of respect. I tried several different payment methods in order to complete my check-in, but none of my attempts were accepted. Even though I made every effort to solve the problem and offered different payment options, the manager refused to cooperate or provide any reasonable solution. To make matters worse, the payment requirement that prevented my check-in was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Had this information been properly explained beforehand, I would have been prepared and could have avoided this entire situation. What made this experience even more upsetting was that I was traveling with my wife and my young child. After a long trip, we were forced to wait for more than two hours trying to resolve an issue that could have been handled quickly with basic professionalism and courtesy. Room was a bit of a mess. Like the bathroom shower wasn't cleaned from whoever used it because hair was in there. Cobwebs behind doors. Rug felt dirty and stains on the sheets like they just fixed the bed but didn't clean sheets.

The place is pleasant and quiet, though there are a few minor issues; if they were fixed, it would be a 5-star experience. For instance, the toilet seat wasn't properly secured, and the fabric on the headboard was torn. I’d rate it 4 out of 5.
