The young lady at the front desk was amazing. Offered to let me park my motorcycle under the front awning so it would be in the shade. This was our first time staying in Cherokee, usually stay around Townsend or Tellico Plains Tennessee but we will 100% be back next time we travel down that way. Nice quiet location away from the main strip, but close enough that we could walk to a few places.

I only have to say one word: cockroaches. Many, many cockroaches. The staff are very friendly and hardworking, but cockroaches are the one thing I don't need in my life.

First I'm handicapped ask for a ground floor room cause it is extremely painful to walk up stairs. But no they didn't give me the room I ask for ,They put me up stairs so my vacation was a complete disaster, didn't get to enjoy my trip ,because of the pain I was in after I finally got in the room that I had to climb to get to. So not I didn't get to enjoy nothing.
