value for money. clean rooms. the pool belongs to the gym next door. the advertised nightlife area downstairs is suited for business dinners, not lively. constant harassment to scan your health code when entering the hotel. staff telling you to put your mask on. below average staff who looked like they hated their jobs.

the staffs are very courteous and helpful. the location is very cosy and loved the evening walk and next door hotpot restuarant and the convinence store. The rooms were cleans, loved and appreciated the fresh blankets and really good matteress, resting was easy. Overall stay good for a family stay. Kids really enjoyed the KFC near by and the evening walks. Very easy to get DIDI. Pool is small and not so clean, its used by members also along with the hotel guests, a little crowded.

The room was particularly spacious and clean. The breakfast was especially distinctive with local Sichuan flavors. What's worth thanking is the service at the front desk, which was extremely humanized. The room service was also excellent. The room was neatly tidied up every day, with sufficient mineral water, towels, and slippers every day. The hotel's location was very good. The subway station was right beside it, only a 5-minute walk away. There were various local snacks on the basement floor of the shopping mall opposite, and there were various restaurants on the upper floors of the mall. Last year when I came to Chengdu, I stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel. Compared to this hotel, this one offers better cost performance. It truly deserves to be an international chain hotel. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The swimming pool of the hotel needs some improvement, especially at the entrance. Compared to the hotel rooms and customer service, it is not at the same level.

We chose a big room with kitchen n work area as we need to work . But the work area is a high kitchen top with high chairs hence it’s not comfortable to sit for long. Otherwise the room is modern n neat. Big toilet and shower area good closet space . Breakfast spread is good 1) No restaurant and room service. Difficult for us when we return late from work and outside restaurants are closed . 2) high chairs at kitchen countertop not conducive to work 3) given that it’s a suite with kitchen would expect to have a washing machine in room or even a common laundry area even if we have to pay for washing by washload ( I mean it is ridiculous to have to pay for each pair of socks that we need to wash when these can be wash by per wash load, whilst it is fine to pay for washing per piece for like shirts or trousers) 4) location was a bit far from central downtown. Right outside the hotel are some restaurants , a bar or 2 and a Starbucks but the area is not vibrant . The nearest convenience store is Hong Qi which is about 7 mins walk away having to close road. 5) on check in the hotel staff mentioned that breakfast is only for 1 person when I booked for 2 pax and I was told that they know this as a problem they have with Booking.com but they will allow the 2nd person free of charge. I was told of this without me asking n I wondered why I need to be told of it? It does not make Hyatt looks good but rather on the contrary as a hotel guest I felt like I am taking advantage of Hyatt goodwill to get a free breakfast n the hotel comes across as petty. If it was an issue with Booking .com they should settle it with Booking rather than tell the guest. I really see no point in mentioning it to the hotel guest at all 6) we arrived late in the night, with huge luggages and asked for concierge to help with luggage but were told that there is no such service at the Hyatt. I am really quite appalled is this grade of Hyatt without concierge? If so , I would no be careful not to chose this series of Hyatt hotel again

Good location, good breakfast, beds comfortable, spacious units. I booked two two bedrooms units with breakfast, each unit has three people. but when I checked in, I was told each unit only come with one breakfast. I was so confused and have to showed them my confirmation from booking. After quite a while arguing, which we almost felt like to leave the hotel right away if no full breakfast included. The front desk staff finally agreed to give everyone a breakfast. It seems lack of communication between booking .com & the hotel. Inside The unit carpet are very dirty or with very noticeable marks.
