Easy from airport, good breakfast, nice staff Booked a king through booking but location only had 2 queens

excellent and very polite staff. Bravo! Hotel near public transportation. Easy access to City Center and Seaside and everywhere nothing to dislike. Evrything excellent

The location is great if you want to be close to the airport. There’s some stores and restaurants across of the hotel and is very convenient. The only thing I didn’t like is, when I turned on one of the lights a hair was hanging. Other than no complains

The breakfast was delicious and well rounded. Yogurt was a bit warm but overall very good. I have no complaints.

Inside the hotel was clean, friendly and very nice. Location was sketchy in an industrial area. Only good thing was shuttle service to the airport. And a very nice Mexican restaurant across the street. Would not like to walk around at night.

Staff was amazing with restaurant choices. Very helpful with the airport shuttle.

It was a nice hotel. You have to take a bus to get to the trains. UBER was reasonable from the location.

The only issue was noise. There is a truck depot next door. Constant noise of trucks. I am a sound sleeper so I wasn’t too bothered but some people might be. Try to get a room on the opposite side. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent for an airport hotel and it is a nice hotel.

Beds are comfortable No shuttle bus in the evening, toilet not clean, droning air vent even when airco was off

My only issue was with the airport shuttle. The instructions were to call, but first, no one would answer. Then, got an answer and put on hold over 7 minutes. Finally, they requested a driver come with another ride company, and I received a text with the time they would arrive. That time came and got another text that the ride was complete, except I was still there waiting and no one had come. Had to call again and wait on hold to request a second pickup. Took about an hour from first attempt to arrival.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful.
