After the initial check in to our room we had request clean linen. The sheets, pillow case, and comforter had stains on them. Front desk was called the staff was very apologetic about the linen and we were proved with clean linen. After the one issue the stay was great. Breakfast was tasteful.

Room was very clean and updated. Lacked amenities like toothpaste, etc. Guests in room above were very noisy.

I would not recommend the property. The carpet was dirty upon entering. . My husband is wheelchair dependent and although I signed up for a handicapped room I didn’t get one. The shower was dangerous for him. The staff were nice and gave us a bath chair but it was too big for the shower. They are limited by the place. The pool water was too cold. The breakfast was good and it is right across from the airport. Those are the best features. It is old and needs renovating. I was disappointed.

When I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by the most kind and helpful staff members. I forgot their names, but they were wonderful. We went up to our room and it was spacious and clean. The parking was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast bar staff was very polite and accommodating, the food bar was good. The room was spacious. Using the tv remote control was terrible. The bed was low and too soft.

This is an absolutely wonderful place. We’d absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. The staff was very courteous and friendly parking. Good it’s got a great location too cause it’s around everything close to I 90 and 390.

Hampton inns have always been my go to. But, no more. The lobby was dingy and had an odor; the elevators were filthy. The rooms were clean, but no extra tp or tissue. What happened to the warm cookies??

Great location right across the road from the airport, less than 1/2 hour away from Darien Lake, 24 hour shuttle, hot breakfast, and clean room!

Nothing that a traveler could control, they were understaffed upon our arrival

We arrived at a time when they were understaffed and understood the slower process of getting checked in and overall cleanliness of rooms and facilities

Helpful and friendly staff, modern, large and very clean room, comfortable bed, 24-hour airport transfer and even to some nearby restaurants. Very good option for those who need to be at the airport early. When we arrived at the hotel there was no Wi-Fi and it remained so for some time in the afternoon.
