Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga - Hamilton Place

Nice spacious rooms ! Quiet but convenient location.

Breakfast was lack luster. Everything else was wonderful.

Torn old furniture. No bedding for pull out bed. Not enough towel. Sliding shower door broken. Front desk lady doesn't want to be there. Not staying there again.

Good stay will definitely book again

Our suite was dirty with unclean glasses in the dishwasher, smudges and fingerprints on bathroom mirrors and on nightstands. There was a slow leak from our toilet which was annoying. Location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can actually walk to a hamburger restaurant and also a Japanese restaurant from the hotel.

We stayed one night after a long travel day with our teenage kids. When we got there we had had a reservation for a few weeks but the hotel was overbooked and the double room we booked was not available. Brooke at the front desk was very nice and apologetic, she moved us to a bigger suite. The room was really nice, the beds were comfortable, and the the breakfast was better than traditional hotel breakfasts.

Adjusting the room temperature was a task. It was already set on 68° when we arrived which was good because the outside temp was in the upper 90's. Adjusting it to 70° made the heat come on and the vent was directed at my bed; that wasnt going ro work, so we turned it back to 68°; it was freezing; I had to get a blanket. After getting up a couple of times during the night, it was finally okay. I had to make thes adjustment daily. Also, we had a roach and ladybugs appear in the room.

The mattress on the couch was worn, stained and not supportive. Did not get one good night sleep while there.

The breaksfast was exactly the same for 4 days

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was extremely rude. I informed her that I had a Service animal with me and she demanded I show medical documents proving this, which is against federal law (ADA & HIPPA). She constantly reaffirmed that she was rude and said it with pride. The fan in the room was extremely loud, and the air-conditioning sucked. Not a good look for Hilton.

Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Nothing

Check-in took a little longer than expected because the front desk computer was not working properly at first. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and got everything sorted out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Room was large and roomy for our family of 4 and beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was excellent with choices of waffles, eggs, sausage, breads/pastries, oatmeal and much more. Ice machine available on every floor. Free onsite parking. Housekeeping available every other day depending on the length of your stay. Full size fridge made ice. Receptionist was not the greatest when we checked in around 4 p.m. on June 21st. She had no name trash on so I can't provide a name but she had the "I don't want to be here attitude". Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the sliding glass door was broken/not on the track which we reported immediately so we wouldn't be held accountable for that. Looks like the there was a light above the shower that someone removed and tried to cover up but didn't do so correctly as there are holes in the ceiling that still need to be patched up (room 314).

It was close tot he interstate The facility itself was very dirty. We showed up a little early but waited for the 3:00 check in and was told they weren’t ready. I asked when they would and got no answer. It was only after I picked up the manager card and got on the phone my room was ready. It seemed like an inconvenience. Once we got to the room several things were dirty. Overall horrible experience and nowhere near the value for what we paid. I’ve stayed at Homewood Suites before and this was not up to par.

Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location, easy access to property from highway. Both Sam's Club (for gas) and WalMart (for snacks) were very close. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The room had a strong odor of a cleansing agent because I am sure (but not positive) that a dog (or other animal) had stayed in the room the previous night. The furniture was stained and the rugs, carpets and bathroom floor tiles were sticky. No additional toiletry items were in the bathroom. No laundry bag in the closet. This property was the worst Homeward Suites I have ever stayed in and needs updating.

The room needed some minor repairs. The room doors didn't close correctly or lock. The room was missing bedding for the pull out couch, but the Staff was very helpful. Just expected better from an Homewood suites as far as the actual room.
