Room was spacious and nice!. Comfy beds, clean and within walking distance to everything! One light on the nightstand would not go off with the switch for it to turn off. We had to manually unplug it after an employee came to our room to try to help figure it out. Besides that, great experience!

Everything! The hotel smelled clean, our room was comfortable, staff were great. Location was convenient. The pool was heated so that was nice for the babies. N/a

The daily evening reception was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The food was awesome and made it nice to relax at the hotel without always having to go somewhere else. The staff really stood out as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly, kind, and welcoming. The combination of the location, nearby entertainment, great reception, and wonderful staff made this such an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was close to everything, stayed a week and didn’t move the car once, everything in walking distance. Everything was great and I am very picky when it comes to where I stay.

Location was great - within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Plenty of power sockets in the room and great toiletries provided in the bathroom. We had several issues during our stay but these were resolved to our satisfaction in the end by management. Our room was not ready for us when we arrived at 5:40pm and then the room which we were allocated did not have a bed for our children despite the fact I had booked for two adults and two children. When we eventually were allocated a room, we had issues with the key card not working the following day which was frustrating. I'd strongly encourage the hotel to work on their standards of room servicing and to consider cleanliness of the pool area which fell below reasonable expectations. The sauna was also out of order during our stay. Generally, we found signage within the hotel to be poor and ended up in the staff quarters whilst looking for the pool. Valet parking app/link did not work for international guests. More generally, this hotel did not seem set up to cater for non-US visitors which I found surprising for a Hilton property.
