Element by Marriott Chattanooga East

Staff was wonderful. The location was up to date & beautiful. Breakfast was an omelet bar freshly prepared. So, several upgrades to equally priced locations. However our room had blue soap residue in the shower from the last person who stayed so I wore my shoes to shower concerned that it had not been cleaned at all. There was still pee on the floor too. It was 1 a.m. the linens & sheets were clean so we just went to bed.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The included breakfast was nice.

Only thing don’t like is the check out time should be at 12 instead 11 specially weekends! Other than that perfect!

Near shopping centers.

I liked the pristine appearance. There was not always someone at the Front Desk and that was annoying.

Overall, the Element Chattanooga East was clean and safe. The bed was unbelievably soft and plush! Unfortunately, I booked through Expedia and my room was located adjacent to the elevators and the ice machine. I could hear other guests using both throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was good, but sadly the fancy coffee machine was out of order and their brewed coffee was bland at best. I ended up using the K-cups in my room for a decent cup of coffee before my departure.

Amazing property. The only downside was tye parking as another hotel is under construction adjacent to this hotel and parking is not convenient at the moment 😑.

Very good

Size of the rooms, spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Nice lobby for relaxing and socializing. Construction being done on a neighboring building so parking was a little hectic at night. I know its temporary but for this trip, it was a little annoying.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, except for the construction in the parking lot. We almost couldn't find a parking spot.

The hotel smell so good. It’s fresh and clean. When we check in to our room it’s was big beautiful and clean room. The shower was amazing. The best shower I ever had. Love this hotel Everything with the property is fantastic but I feel the stuff is not friendly. Every time I walk in to front desk either no one was there or they don’t even say hi. Breakfast staff not friendly.

What an interesting and beautiful property. Decor is what struck me initially. Everything is designed around the concept of nature. The exercise room has an incredible amount of selection. The room was clean and they were pleasant and accommodating when we needed to take an early. Thanks to everybody there in Chattanooga!

We love this place. Stayed there 3 times. Excellent every time. No complaints.
