Great stay. Hotel was spotless. Room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast in the morning. Staff was great!! Highly recommend.

My family traveled from three different states for a party. We all gathered in the lobby so we could be together, and there was plenty of room. It was like a special place for us.

The staff when I tried to get another room, basically looked at me and just said order it online. We don’t take orders at the desk, which was a lie because the manager came in and took an order for someone walking in when I wanted, clean towels they made me bring down my towels and then forgot to give me clean towels. They didn’t have any made. I am very disappointed in this property. I’ve never seen someone treat people so rudely.

It would be great if they had a dinner buffet since there’s no restaurants within walking distance.

Pleasantly surprised. I have no complaints about this hotel. It was clean, updated, easy check-in, friendly staff, and perfect location. Will definitely stay again!

Great facility that was convenient with modern style. The hotel condition and its cleanliness was immaculate. ....to the point of feeling brand new. Simple parking, helpful staff, close proximity to the city. Im tough to please when it comes to hotels, and I was very happy here.

Modern feel Not a good variety of food for breakfast, cheap, poor quality food. No coffee pot in room

Parking was an issue. I expect to park in the parking lot of the hotel I am staying at. Got home around 1am from concert to find street parking! No extra linen available.

We always enjoy our stay at Tru and especially love playing pool. Unfortunately, the pool table needs to be serviced: the felt has a few holes and a couple rails needs adjusted.
