Our overall stay was good. I will suggest that the parking lot gets a spot sweep. There was a good amount of debris/trash in the parking area.

Hotel staff were really friendy and the hotel was close to everything we needed, only let down was the cleanliness of the hallways and elevators. They were so dirty, not sure what was all over the floors but it was there when we arrived and there the following day, no attempt to clean it. The room itself was really clean and the beds are realy comfortable so that was a plus. Breakfast was ok, but very little choice and had to constantly ask for plates and cups to be refilled. I saw others having to ask also, the staff woud put down just a few plates and in seconds they were gone aagin. It was a really busy night so lots of people at breakfast, It just needed to be better organized. The biggest issue I have is the description saying the hotel was walking distance to the AMP where we were watching a show. It was very close but that would mean walking across the highway !!!. I feel the location needs to be changed, we booked the hotel based on the location alone and when we got there we had to laugh, there was no way you could get to it realistically, unless you wanted to play chicken by running across the highway !

The overall stay was excellent from checking in to checking out!!

Breakfast was great and staff were helpful. HOWEVER, the room was very dated, the air conditioning did not work, room smelled musty and the Tv was old school!! no streaming available

The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly. Kathy at the front desk was especially nice, sweet and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The pull out bed mattress IS NOT IT! All we felt were Springs. The complimentary toiletries barely came out of the dispenser. They came into our room to collect towels and give us new ones, even though the sleeping later sign was on the door. They did not have a do not disturb sign. There were three of us, and they knew it but only gave us two replacement sets. I would stay again if there wevwere only two Travelers.

Multiple stays at this property, love it and will be our Charlotte hotel on future trips!

The property was definitely in a nice and quiet area.

The bed comfy. The room clean. I had a suite with a separate living area nice for the price . Close to the freeway. Nice area . The breakfast was not palatable for me. Low grade food but there were other food options cereal , muffins ect. I tried the eggs and sausage . Unfortunately I feel the toiletries were low grade also. Harsh on my hair as well as my skin after showering in the morning.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful despite our experience. We did receive a full refund Unfortunately, soon after check-in at our first room, we found a cockroach crawling up the curtain, we went downstairs and requested a room change, and upon being placed in our second room, found evidence of bedbugs on one of the mattresses. We returned downstairs and informed the front desk that we would be checking out. They were very kind, but that is absolutely unacceptable from a cleanliness perspective.
