Nothing I forget my tennis Nike shoes inside the closet in my room and I called the hotel 2 time yesterday to check with them the employee said didn’t found nothing and I live different state in America I can’t back to meet any manger there

Loved my stay. The hotel’s palette give it a cozy and misterious vibe. The rooms were on top. I booked a city view room but wasn’t satisfied since the view was mostly the parking lot at the 6th floor. Anaszah ended up accommodating us to the 17th floor and the view was to die for. Heated pool did not work but the outside pool was a vibeee. The rooftop was okay as they only serve appetizers. Overall I would def stay here again.

The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was nice, courteous, and professional. The elevator took so long to come and every elevator was full. There are 4 elevators at the property but we could not access them. We waited so long that we ended up taking the stairs. Having to carry all of our belongings down 12 flights of stairs was not a great way to end our stay.

Location Food and coffee were very poor quality. Additionally, we were traveling with a child, and unfortunately, we were given a room on the same floor as a group of intoxicated guests who were celebrating something. As a result, we were unable to sleep for much of the night. What was especially disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff regarding the situation.

a) when guests come back the valet staff greet them because they are the VERY first impression of the property. b) There roof top lounge seemed to be in construction or perhaps just not fully accessible. It would have been good to know that and not be surprised when WE went tot go check it out. Overall the property is beautiful, the staff is GREAT and I really enjoyed my stay.

A good location if you are planning to be downtown. There are multiple shopping centers and restaurants within a 1-mile walking radius.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice decor building is just old. Didn’t care for the brown in the room gave it a very old feel. Beds was to low. Would’ve been nice to lay in bed and look out the windows instead of feeling like I was on the floor looking up.

Room was clean, I would stay again, make sure your key works for parking. I was charged for parking. Everything else was cool.
