There were constant roaches even after using an entire can of Raid around the room. The loud sound system above me made sleeping most impossible with ear buds in, and this is after explainingI work 13 hr nights doing dangerous work and need sleep to the office staff. Along with waking up from roaches crawling on me and the water being off one day, I left a day early. I requested a refund after the first few hours and would pay for the first night but never got a response. I wouldn't let a dead person stay there. Gross, disgusting and infestation aren't enough to say the least.

The rooms have no ventilation so it's damp, windows don't open. The walls were filthy, the cleaning is not good from housekeeping. The front desk lady was wonderful and helpful though great attitude and energy. It just needs to be redone all over again.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helped a lot. The only problem that I had was there is only one maintenance person on staff at this place there should be more

Horrible would not recommend it for my worst enemy

Property has roaches. No one ever comes to clean the room and I have been here three weeks . Staff seems eerily suspicious. Toilets overflow. Air conditioner doesn’t work . The after hours maintenance number is incorrect and you end up calling a stranger from two towns away.

I’m going to be honest it does have roaches but it’s quiet and I’ve never had a issue.

I will always love intown I’ve never had a problem with anyone. The staff is so nice helpful and everyone minds there buisness no Karen’s lol. Everyday they work to remodel the property and I love seeing the enthusiasm I hear the workers talking about their work. It’s just good vibes.

No microwave wasn't working properly

I had to clean the tub because it was full of slime and mold in every crevice. The room has not been mopped or swept ever, as far as I could see. Roaches everywhere! The place is truly gross and someone should do something about it.

Didn’t provide essentials like toilet paper or towels

Please close this property down. We open the the room door and a Roach fell on my aunt. Walked to the kitchen and it was to dead roaches on the counter top. The drawers were rotten out and the bathroom.....would not let my dog sleep in here

The room was nasty, I had to clean before even sitting down. It was roaches and bed bugs and linen was dirty, they don’t offer toilet paper had to purchase my own, it was just and overall bad experience. Everything

There was nothing that I liked about this property. As I do with any hotel, I go in and I look up the room before I bring my stuff into it. It was small. It smelled, and they had cockroaches. It was very dirty. Needless to say I didn’t even stay. I went back to the front office, showed him pictures of the cockroaches and asked for them to refund my money and they did It was small it smelled, and it was dirty, and there were cockroaches

The staff is very helpful and polite

There were roaches in the room so we left. They gave a refund for what was left. The staff was great and accommodating. It was great outside of the roaches in the room.

There is definitely a roach problem someone has been writing false reviews.very dirty. Multiple shootings in the area. The road is pretty much inaccessible by foot. The staff in inconsiderate and dishonest.should avoid this area at all costs guests and staff also both hit on the walls

The Landscape would be an asset to the property if it was completed and if New Paint for the Outside doors. Also the pavement and sidewalks needs TLC IMMEDIATELY. Inside Rooms need new flooring paint and countertops for the kitchen also the bathroom gets extremely hot in the summer while taking a shower. Everyone stays to them self and No one bothers anyone.
