Rooms were on the newer side for a motel. The staff insisted I come by in the morning to drop off the room key when usually you’re allowed to just leave it in the room.

The price was unbeatable. But, the peeling ceiling paint, black mold and water stains on the were alarming. The foul odor of the room simply couldn’t be covered with the Christmas tree room fresheners. A fresh coat of paint, new linens, and a thorough cleaning would certainly help.

Staff was not welcoming. Check in staff was not a very happy person. Check out staff was rude and degrading. Had no batteries in the room remote and asked for some but they did not have any so….no remote. They kept my deposit because 2 towels were dirty. We stayed the night because we were experiencing flooding and had been in floodwaters salvaging the entire day and the I accidentally knocked over the ice bucket with water and used a towel to clean it up , the dirt on the towels came from their dirty floor that had not been mopped. I picked up the room and took out all our trash from 1 night leaving the room cleaner when I left then it was when we checked in. Also the sheets on the bed were covered in black dog hair so we had to sleep on top of the bedding. Thankfully I grabbed some of my own blankets and had them with me. When checking out the staff gentleman was degrading me over the towels in front of everyone checking out, who was also there because of flooding. He letting that the 3 towels were ruined (like they couldn’t bleach them and they would be clean) I could have went to the dollar store and replaced the same towels for much less. They just look for anything they can to keep your deposit. Never again will I stay there or recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely nothing It was horrible. Check-in person was very rude. Couldn’t speak English and was told not to shut the door because the key card didn’t work insane

Dated property in a non - inviting run down area of town. Room was reasonably clean. Standard amenities present. No hair dryer.price reasonable .

It was convenient The bath room tub was dirty. It had hairs in the tub that looked like pubic hairs. The bedding needs replaced it’s worn out and had what seemed to be burn holes. They seem to be trying to update the place but it needs a complete restoration. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. They had me pay a 50 incidentals charge and I was told It would take 24 to 48 hrs to be refunded. It’s been 72 hrs and I still haven’t been refunded. I called them and they said it would take up to 5 business days to be refunded.

Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast. Bugs in the sink, sheets on bed was dirty and full of stains, the bed spread was dirty, and the room smelled so bad I had to leave.

Our room was reasonably clean, and the personnel were very helpful. It was very hard to find the establishment. It is an old motel that is beginning to show it’s age, but is doing reasonably well,,

The room smell like dog feces. There was mold on the walls and the ceiling. The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. This place was disgusting. I need a full refund and I am reporting it to the health department. This place is not safe to be in. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in my life

It was very quiet. Right off the highway and close to gas and food.
