Had my granddaughter with me and room, pool, breakfast was all great. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel was clean, even in the breakfast area. The staff was excellent. The pool was wonderful! My favorite were the star spangled berry waffles over the 4th of July!

We enjoy staying at Hamptons when traveling and this was a good location. Though we did not use it during this stay, the pool looked nice with an outdoor patio and fire pit just outside (around back). The overall atmosphere was average and lacked some of the benefits of more updated locations, but it was still a solid location and we would consider it when coming back through the area. We did appreciate how dog friendly it was - there was a non-refundable fee (like most places) and a sign to hang on the door to alert others. Our dogs settled in nicely and didn’t have any problems!

As a mom traveling alone with my 5 and 7 year olds, safety was my top priority. This hotel made us feel so secure and comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive; the room was spotless and the common areas were well lit and quiet. We slept peacefully and felt cared for every step of the way. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Lovely, clean and spacious room and bathroom, and comfy bed. Great amenities in the room inc coffee/tea making facilities and also toiletries. Breakfast and the catering area was wonderful. Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. the swimming pool was an added bonus Fridge made a buzzing noise which made getting to sleep a little difficult which we notified the staff about for future attention. no shower, toilet or changing room at the swimming pool area

Our room was clean on the surface but we turned the lights off before we turned the sheets down. When I woke the next morning the sheets had not been changed. they had a large stain where someone had urinated. I was extremely upset. We took a picture and I went to the desk and showed it. They were apologetic and sent someone to change both beds. We come to Charleston, WV several times a year to visit our grandchild. The location of your hotel is great for us but we will probably not stay there again. My husband had booked through Expedia so they said they could not compensate us. Also our bathroom floor was not clean. My socks were quite dirty after walking around. The staff were very nice. But the experience of dirty sheets that I slept on all night was not something that I can not forget. I have heard things happening to other people but as many times as we have stayed at hotels, this is the first time it has happened to us. Please train your housekeepers to do a better job. This is the first time I have ever complained at a hotel!!
