I have a question about price and bill

We had an early check in because of our business down that way, so we did not even get to the room until after midnight, closer to 1:00 AM. The buffet is just OK.

The sofa bed had blood stains, they didn't have sheets for that bed, the door barely closed, in the parking lot a lot of marijuana smell a horrible hope

Room was very nasty left baby clothes from a past customer stuck between bed dirty sheets wet carpet and no sign of a manager to change room or resolve the issue

Hotels need to list if amenities like a pool are not available

Apparently, the hotel is going through renovations. We were placed in a room with old paint that was bubbling, mold in corners, floors that were slick from what might be unrinsed soap, high humidity, and rusty fixtures.

It was quiet. The rooms had a not so pleasant smell. Had to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working, there were no pillows on the bed, furniture wasn't clean. Carpet had noticeable stains. The new room refrigerator was too small, when you sat on the bed, it would lift up from the rails. Limited channels on the television. Asked for extra towels & wash cloths, was told laundry wasn't done at the moment.

The room had a very bad smell, the furniture was very dirty and looked like food crumbs in the chairs cushions, the bathroom looked as if they stopped midway with the renovation, running and doors slamming throughout the night. Staff was NOT friendly.

This place is a great stay it’s clean it’s like an apartment the service is wonderful they are very helpful and the ac works great….
