I’ve stayed here several times. The bar is hardly ever open. This stay the bar was open but they had almost no alcohol available. The bartender said someone forgot to order alcohol.

They don't have enough parking. You have to park on the street. Very dangerous and in convenient. Won't go back.

The rooms and the common areas were very clean. Nice hotel. At the time they appeared to be training some staff. I was not happy with our room. I had intentionally booked a king room. We arrived 10 minutes prior to check in time only to be given a double room. When we complained we were told all the king rooms had already been given out.

Very rude staff members, I called to understand how the holding amount was processed, the management himself hung up on me, without even explaining to me, I felt insulted and disrespected after leaving there to support, the management need to fired. Very very rude

The room was fantastic but I was charged double for my one night there. They don't care if you have a prepaid reservation, they're charging you again at the gate.

My day was great. It was a wonderful value.

No TV. The desk clerk came up after 2 hours and said he needed to reset something. Never heard another word and TV never worked. He basically said most people just use streaming; which I don't!
