Location was fairly nice The welcome music always started whenever we entered throughout the stay and we had to turn it off manually. As well as the curtain to the bathroom was pretty much see-through, so you really need to be very close to your roomie

Very accessible to subway station through exit gate #-5. Reasonable typical chinese breakfast. Plenty of restaurants surrounding. Limited breakfast menu.

Very comfortable room with a terrific view over Changsha from 25th floor. Buffet breakfast good. Check-in and payment a little complicated. Would be fine if you have WeChat or similar

The overall experience was great. Nice friendly front desk staffs who are willing to answer queries with smile and patience. Breakfast was nice too. The next door stayers were loud while talking.

comfortable bed , spacious room , and good location. the check in was swift too They could use some “do not disturb” door signs . the service lady knocked twice in the morning for room cleaning ?. other than that it was a comfortable stay

nice rooms with everything you need. They can't take credit cards. luckily I had enough cash for this one night. But when they say on Booking.com they accept credit cards, they also should do so...

The lobby! It's advertised as a non-smoking hotel but people smoked every where, in the lobby, in the elevators, in the hallways, in the rooms. The rooms stank of stale cigarette smoke. Windowless rooms. Annoying music that played in the rooms, I had to find someone to show me how to turn it off. The TV only had one volume level (loud as a night club). Hot water machine had no instructions on how to heat the water up. You could hear everything in the ros next door. Truly horrible experience.
