Hotel Napoleon

Everything. Cool, clean close to the beach, close to everything. Staff was super nice and helpful in every way, breakfast was with everything you want and need and more so. We were there with two little kids and there was nothing to have trouble with. Free parking and a little playground for the kids. Would come back again without a doubt.

In the breakfast was many different pastries, Yoghurt and cereals, coffees, juices, bread, cheese and hams, jams and biscuits, fruits and butter. Location close to the beach and possibile to use a pool in the close hotel. Staff were friendly and polite. Discount with a beach chairs and restaurant. They could have had some eggs on the breakfast. In the room toilet a hanger for hand towel and toilet paper. A hanger in the balcony for beach stuff...

The receptionist was helpful. The breakfast was good. The noise! We were there with a toddler and a baby who nap in the afternoon. The noise from the cleaners made it almost impossible to allow the children to sleep. Ironically there is a sign which asks guests to reduce the noise between 13:30-15:30 (riposo), but this seemed to be ignored by the cleaners. Pool lifeguard was particularly unenthusiastic and almost rude (while he was awake).

Receptionist from hell. 4 bed bunk bedroom next to me - screaming youths - very friendly when I asked them to be quiet at midnight. Breakfast is awful - bloke gives you as little as he can - cereal bowls the size of egg cups - welcome to the 70s without any charm - good luck if you stay there!!

Breakfast was great. There were both salty and sweet options with fresh baked goods. The location was good. Maybe a 3 minute walk from the beach. Having access to a pool was ok, even though the pool is at another location. The staff was very available. You can rent bikes for free. The bathroom was very dissappointing. It was very small (maybe 1.5m squeared) and no separate shower. So when you shower you make everything wet and you make a mess as the shower head was literally on top of the toilet pointing directly to the sink. In the image I attached you can see how the bathroom is very small as the balcony begins immediately. In that space that you see, they fit a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. Way too small. Almost none of the pictures in the Booking.com webpage are from this hotel. The pictures represent the other hotel (the one with the pool) and they are very misleading. If you are going to stay just for 1-2 days, it is ok. I needed the hotel only for 1 night and only to sleep and eat breakfast. However, if you are planning to do a longer trip, the hotel is not so pretty and you might be disappointed like me.
