The affordable price including breakfast. Air-conditioning. Reception staff girls were very polite. Balcony. Kind of new decoration in the hotel. free parking. We had to wait one hour to get the room, the breakfast is in the next hotel, breakfast was a bit sad and breakfast staff even more sad
