Hotel Caesar

The location was good. The pool was also good. For our dog, we were given treats upon arrival. Rooms dirty and completely outdated. Mould in the shower. The carpet in the passage was filthy. The, I presume the manager, was very unaccommodating. The check-out is very weird. You have to stand at the reception and wait to be called into an office, where you have to do your payment. No questions asked if you enjoyed your stay or if everything was OK. Even when I greeted her upon leaving, she was too much into conversation with someone else. Not even a thank you for staying with them. As a hotel that states that it has been in one family since 1962, it definitely lost its flair in guest relations. The food that we ordered was overpriced and of sub-standard. If someone is looking for the comfort of a 4 star hotel, this is not the place to go. The only 4-star part of this hotel is the price.

Very good kitchen - beyond expectations. They have some free to use toys for the kids and the pools were clean. The main staff was friendly and supportive. The so called gym was in a garage under a kids pool, but at least some weights and a machine (most of the hotels don't have even this), training was like in a sauna. The massage bed is inside, so you can't use the gym if someone is taking a massage in "that place". Rooms and furniture were like 1960, low maintenance , old and dirty. I had the feeling, that the poor room service were overwhelmed and mentally on the limit. I think, that if the kitchen was not so good, there is absolutely no value to stay there. They allow pets, so dogs barking was part of the surrounding room noises, I just wonder how you can place dogs and then kids in the same room after, this is really disgusting.

The family atmosphere, friendship and a good place to make holidays. The cats can tell you that too! The Organisatory presence on dinners. The multi-language understanding The fresh vegetables taste. The jacuzzi near the pool complex. The multiple tables ways where you can eat the breakfast. The simplicity and speed of making a coffee The architecture The air conditioner works at best performances. The places for kids. The elevator is too small, and only one for the entire building.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, close to the beach This is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is old and dated. Needs a renovation. The rooms are tiny, cheap pillows.

The all inclusive is a superb course meal which could be preferable to a buffet. The staff and the family that runs the place are very warm and friendly. The location is great, the night life is vibrant around this location. There were quite a few cultural street shows. There was even a street market with very fairly priced well crafted products.

Taxi driver from the hotel to the train station was extremely rude.

Just hotel position and maybe dinner food. Breakfast was pure, with the same ham, eggs and cheese everyday. The room clean was superficially , the conditioned air was very dirty....was an infection focar.

One of the highlights of our stay was the direct access to the sandy beach. The hotel also offered a range of amenities for families, including a swimming pool, a children's play area, and even organized activities for kids.? All good

The staff, the location it’s so wonderful my son loved it so much we extended twice and were so sad to leave. Will for sure be booking next year. The banana bread at breakfast oh my gosh it’s so fresh and tasty.

It was our second time in this hotel and i rate it "10" again. Very kind and helpful staff and managers, they all really care for their guests. Clean room, rich breakfasts and delicious dinners with salad bar. Available parking. Large swimming pool. We didn´t miss anything and there was nothing to complain about. I hope we will be able to come again.

The morning buffet is really good. Our kids really enjoyed the play areas and the big pool. Hmmm difficult to answer

Friendly and caring staff. Excellent location. Exceptionally rich breakfast selection. Very clean rooms. Nice balconies which are cleverly placed for minimizing the sun exposure and providing good sea view. Parking spaces are a little scarce but the staff constantly moving cars for better space management. Dinner was a little bland and overpriced and some facilities were a little outdated. Very small shower. Elevator is small and a little slow in peak hours.

Thanks a lot for the perfect vacation in your hotel. It is absolutely amazing for families. Owners and staff are very positive and friendly and make all the best for the guests. The location is perfect and the dishes are very delicious. Our respect for owners and will be happy to see you again ?

Everything was just perfect: staff were extremely helpful, always smiling, all of them spoke very good english. Rooms as well as the whole hotel were clean. There were plug adapters in the room so that guests from foreign countries could easily use the power plugs. Our room had a fridge, hair dryer and tv set. Air conditioning worked as required. Bathroom was rather small but sufficient (washbasin as well as shower were quite large and comfortable). Our room had a balcony (as probably all rooms) with sea view, equipped with tower rack for drying swimsuits, towels atc. and plastic chairs to sit on. The hotel has a swimming pool with shallow and deep part so that you can play with children in the shallow part and they can also enjoy jumping into the water in the deep part. There is also a small pool for small kids and a whirlpool. The location of the hotel just across the road from the beach made the transfers with a child to the beach very comfortable. We always had a parking space for our car. Breakfast offered plenty of sweet and savoury food, tea, coffe, milk, juices etc. We also had dinners in hotel restaurant - you must book a table on the previous day and order meals in the morning at the latest. The dinners were delicious, involved a salad bar with plenty of seafood, vegetables and various salads, first and second course and a sweet dessert. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ---

It’s a family run hotel, 3 generations live here it shows. The facilities are well taken care of and the staff are super nice.
