The housekeepers STEAL here, don’t accidentally leave anything and try to come back hoping it’s in the lost and found.. no it’ll be in their pockets and the GENERAL MANGER will only write on a sticky note nothing was found. I had to file a police report and corporate. !!!

Hotel is older, room was comfortable. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt. No protein option.

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly.

Great night sleep but the price was very high for one night . There were no rooms anywhere in the area .

Was clean, bed was comfy, staff was great

Blow dryer did not work All chairs in Lobby up on tables all day so no where to sit after breakfast Front desk clerk walked into our room without knocking with master key while we were dressing in morning. She was drunk from night before on top of it all.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean but the hall and levator were not the cleanest. Also drinks were only available in a vending machine and it was basically empty and ice was only available on the first floor of the 3 floor hotel.

Clean Parking

Well the most horrible layout is parking lot oh and they cancel your reservation. Absolutely worst hotel i have ever been to.

There was a broken plastic fork on the windowsill of the room. The handle of the faucet was broken. The top drawer of the night the stand didn’t close. The staff were very friendly though.

Parking could be better

Don't count on breakfast. Bathroom leaves much. Door did not close, almost like a thick piece of plywood with a lock that did not fit

The first room i was given was small, old, smelled like cigarettes, and the sink didn’t drain. I was then given a new room which was much larger and didn’t have the cigarette smell or issue with the sink draining. Staff were very nice. Breakfast is about the bare minimum you’ll typically see from a hotel breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself is outdated but the rooms seem to be relatively clean.

Breakfast is not great cold cereal, and coffee? Definitely not worth the hotel price. It's more like a motel

Pretty much a dump. My son wanted to just leave and go home. Too tired for that. The shower was disgusting. I refused to use. There was trash on the floor in the lobby for hours. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Super overpriced for what was there. Next time I’ll sleep in my car.

breakfast weak. my husband said it was the most comfortable bed and pillows on our entire trip. unfortunately the location is near intersecting hiways and it is noisey. the room was very nice, clean spacious and very comfortable..the price is great. staff very kind and helpful. location a bit noisey

We walked in and checked in for 5 minutes. Looks nothing like the pictures. There is a sign on the front door to “protect” the employees that there isn’t much cash on premises. Everything was dirty and dark. We left and never came back. I can’t believe the good reviews this place has unless people just don’t care about what neighborhood they’re staying in. We did not feel safe at all. Smallest and darkest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room.

We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. The only positive thing about this place was the front desk attendant (this review platform will not allow me to add her name). She was friendly and courteous and she did an excellent job in helping us get a refund from Expedia. I think the management team has put her in a terrible position. Do Better.
