The hotel is on a small narrow street. The gentleman come out quickly and helped with our luggage as we were blocking traffic. He was wonderfully helpful. The lady at the front desk has the rooms assigned incorrectly as we had 3, lake view rooms. After some insistence from wife (I was parking down the hill) this was cleared up. But, it is the BEST LOCATION IN TOWN Rooms are miniscule (but location makes it worthwhile) and the A/C kinda sucks.

The bathrooms were a problem. No where to set things and a very small shower for my 6'4" husband.

Beautiful view,staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was outstanding! Room was clean and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants. Parking was tricky .

the location in the town and the view are unbeatable. I have never stayed in a hotel where I was not allowed to adjust the air temperature up or down.

Location, views, and wonderful staff that makes you feel welcomed. Super helpful. Fantastic experience I would have liked a desk and chair to work or a small lounge. But not a big deal.

Angelica and Daniel made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were there for a Vatican event at Borgo Laudato Si, the Pope's summer residence. We could easily walk to the entrance of the Barbieri Gardens, and thus the location was a big plus. We look forward to returning again.
