Reviews
-
A pleasant and trouble free stay. No issues and I would stay there again.
-
Hot tub was out of order and the arcade was only open during the day when it was supposed to be open 24/7
-
Very satisfied with everything.
-
Clean, staff was helpful, bed comfortable and affordable
-
Body wash ran out and had to ask for replacement, didn’t fill during service Fitness center was over 80 degrees Tub was clogged and filled with water during showers Breakfast was less than desirable
-
We had to fix our own toilet handle, and the bedspread had a huge hole in it. And with all construction there is a little dust and mess, so we understand. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and have told other people about staying there. Thank you.

Nice quiet hotel for a relaxing stay in Casper! The walking trail by the river and park and the onsite restaurant were great! The hotel is under big time remodeling so some sections are closed off but our wing we were on was quiet and you did not notice the work being done. GREAT AC - our room was so cold we slept great- even with it being over 100 outside. Friendly staff.

Good price

We were placed in a room the management knew was having ac problems. When we discovered this and asked for a different room we were told none were available. Breakfast did not have any milk or cereals or biscuits. The remodel may resolve this in the future. Management should not place subpar rooms in service.

The place is being renovated and the stairwell leading up to our hallway was absolutely filthy. Also it wreaked of cigarette smoke and the smokestand outside the entryway to our section was overflowing so there were butts all over the ground. The walls were so thin and the windows as well so we were kept up almost all night by insane laughter and chatting and yelling that went on until after 2am, stopped for a little bit when we heard the people tromps upstairs, then started again at just after 4am. The only redeeming grace was the delicious buffet breakfast with eggs and turkey sausage. I also appreciated the organic body products. The fitness center had lots of good weights and equipment but was super dirty from construction and extremely hot. Also the hot tub was closed.

The hot breakfast was very good with 2 choices of waffle mix. Love the cinnamon. Only issue is they don’t have an elevator but otherwise a quiet and comfortable location by the river walk.
-
The front desk staff were very nice and helpful! There is ongoing remodeling, but our room was clean. There was one bed that needed new sheets & the toilet didn’t flush well, but I’d stay there again.

The hotel had an odor which may have been due to construction. Hallways were very dirty due to construction and our room was not the cleanest. Under the bed was pretty bad.

Everyone was so nice and helpful

Breakfast was ok. Reception staff were short handed and stressed out. AC was extremely loud, bathroom counter was dirty. Hotel yard was clean, and the restaurant was impressive.
-
The lobby was beautiful although the rooms are very dirty they do not match the rest of the hotel very deceiving
-
The pool area was very nice and lots of places to sit and visit.

I should have trusted the low rating but someone we know recommended it since their restaurant is fantastic. She must not have walked past the lobby. The lobby is newly updated and deceiving on the condition of the rest hotel. We reserved 2 days and we canceled our second day due to the condition of the hotel. We arrived at midnight after 7 hrs of traveling. By the time we got to the hotel, we see it’s ghetto as hell but we had decided to stay since we have small children and they were already losing their minds. Walking to our room, there was dog poop in the stairwell and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Our room was reasonably clean and checked the mattresses for any signs of bedbugs or dirty sheets. We wake up and there are bites all over my husbands back and neck. My husband tried to shower quickly since he was so disgusted. The shower did not drain, and the connected shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. We leave immediately and the dog poop was still in the hallway, even after telling the front desk and canceling our second night the night before. I requested a refund but the manger was out. After another 6 hrs of driving, with our luggage in plastic bags, we had to come home and strip all our clothes off and do an intense protocol to prevent bring them into our home. Lesson learned, trust other peoples reviews of people who have stayed at the dump.

Everything was “good” but could be a little better: Rooms were clean, but we did find dog poop in the public stairwell. Building had all the amenities but the furniture was slightly dated and worn. But the price was right and the location is what we wanted. So we’d probably stay again!

Pool was not working, hotel is out dated and dirty, ceiling tiles in bathroom sucked
