Hotel Caribe

The room was long and spacious with one double bed and 3 single beds. The shower had good hot water and pressure. The croissants at breakfast and made to order coffee were delicious. We really just needed overnight place to stay near airport and this hotel is about 15 minutes away. There is an elevator. It was expensive because holiday weekend (we tried but couldn’t find affordable lodging in Naples center) so not good value for cost. Limited breakfast selection, just continental breakfast with a few sweet items. Room was basic, hostel vibes.

The receptionist the evening we arrived and morning we left were both very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Gated at night felt safe. Rooms were not to our satisfaction. Some stains on sheets. Toilet that you couldn’t sit at bc shower was in the way. Smell of smoke. Loud noises through the night. Scaffolding covering window and most of the building.

Breakfast was very very good! keep going The staff was super friendly The Lady (owner or manager?) and her mother where super, please girls keep trying! They do their best to make it comfortable, they try really hard! My "8" is to warm you up and make it better and better! we were desperate to stay there because we couldn't find a hotel near Sorrento, Pompey or Napoli... seriously no single hotel even If we wanted to pay more, even on airport... first time situation... we were happy to stay somewhere, even if it was a little bit creepy... the staff was really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was also super! but in the room you can smell cigarets.. the sheets were clean, that was good, but the cleaning lady should clean the room and bathroom a little bit better - a tip! we park in the garage, don't be afraid! they are still working to make everything better! maybe you should remove some of the decorations - it was a mix of everything, everywhere in the hotel, and go in one direction to make it a little bit cozy

There was breakfast in the morning. The staff was helpful, despite language barrier. The bed was comfortable. They supposedly went and clean our room while we were out and they left our door open all day until we got back. They also took all the towels and didn't bring any of them back. Its as if they had forgotten they started cleaning the room and just left.

Perfect place for a short stop and rest, big bed, good breakfast. Not sure I would stay long term, small room, hard mattress.

The bed was comfortable The room was not clean enough... The bathroom tub had stains of previous showers and there was dust all over the room. The staff members shout at each other for little things (even in the breakfast dinning room with everyone seeing). They were also rude to customers. The internet signal didn't work. 0 Respect 0 Internet
