Hampton Inn Emerson LakePoint

The hotel was clean and convenient. We were there to attend a wedding and so the stay was brief. the fitness center and pool were very nice. The breakfast was better than the usual fare and not the usual carb fest.

Lovely, welcoming staff and very clean, comfortable rooms. No complaints other than a loose/ill-fitting toilet seat in our room. Overall a great stay at Lakepoint and I’d happily return!

The location and cleanliness are top notch! Staff was very friendly and courteous. Crisp clean cotton sheets and great air conditioning made for a wonderful nights sleep! Highly recommend and will for sure return!

Our favorite place to stop on our way to Florida. However it’s getting pretty expensive so this will probably be our last time here.

We were there just for one night as we were traveling to Florida but we had a wonderful stay a restful stay and clean contemporary rooms great staff and a decent breakfast in the morning we couldn’t have asked for anything more we will definitely put it on the list of preferred places to stay when we travel back-and-forth from Florida to Indiana.

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were: I couldn't check in until 6, they have cleaning staffing issues, they finally changed my assessable room with a king bed for a double queen bed on the 4th floor. I tried reaching out to Hilton and they said they would compensate me for the trouble but they didn't. The pool was out of service for one day, they did open it but the water was green and I didn't feel safe getting into the water without getting some kind of infection. Because of their lateness getting me into my room I wasn't able to go hiking or swimming in the extra day I scheduled before my conference, it rained the rest of my trip so my trip was pretty much ruined for any activities that were above and beyond the conference for work.
