Stay here if you want to experience pure elegance. Our room was beautiful and it was a privilege waking up to that glistening chandelier every morning. Every time we’d go out, the bed was neatly tucked in and trash was taken out before we got back. Room service is prompt and easy to navigate (and delicious, of course) and all the staff is attentive and helpful. There were many times we considered extending our stay- we will be back again!

We have stayed here several times and it is always great. Spacious, clean, and relaxing. The parking situation isn’t ideal - you generally have to park further away and walk or pay for valet. That is our only complaint. Everything else is wonderful.

Beautiful place in the heart of Carmel and right on the Monon trail It’s a bit pricey

The hotel, lounge and jazz venue were first class! The food and service at Feinstein's were excellent. And of course, Morgan James(our reason for making the trek from Chicago)was phenomenal!!! I will come back again and again!! Nothing...everything and everyone were wonderful!!

Room service menu was excellent! Scallops were delicious. It was a full service hotel. I loved the parling garage accomidated over sized vehicle. (Ford F350 Platinum truck) Walking to restuarants and shopping was a bonus. Under construction so some social areas in the hotel was closed.
