The room was very rundown. Outdated furniture, no usb outlets, chipped paint, toilet hadn't been cleaned, shower looked wiped down, but not clean. There were scuff marks on the doors. It was very disappointing after a long day of travel. There was a power surge right when we got there and, not sure if this was the reason, but we had no wifi during our stay. The room had an odor that we didn't care for. Hotel is also right on the highway and our room faced the road, so we heard trucks all night long. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses and have loved them but would pass on this one. It was very disappointing.

Staff helpful and cutious. Pool and hot tub enjoyable. Fabulous full hot buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean. Hall carpets need to be cleaned or replaced only reason not 5/5 on cleanliness and maintenance. Great place

I made a huge mistake with my reservation, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate MY error and ensure that I had a room for the night. They offered the adjustment without me asking. Seriously have not experienced that kind of customer service in a very long time!

I was very unsatisfied with my visit because when I arrived at the hotel I was given a paper to sign for my room with a jetted tub to find out that they had put me in a king bed instead of the suite because they gave my suite to another customer that had signed the papers with my name on it.

I needed a hotel in a hurry as we were traveling and I relied on the orbitz rating. I won't make that mistake again. I will check my hotel out before I pay for a room again. Its hard to believe that Holiday Inn (IHG) operates this kind of establishment.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was a major issue - carpets, the elevator floor, the sink in the bathroom, and the pool/spa area in particular were not clean. The property is in need of a refresh, the recent coats of paint have been applied over old coats without addressing the underlying peeling, so there is peeling paint throughout. The pool area was filthy - the spa/hot tub had a large layer of bio-foam, which if you understand spas you know this is not soap, it’s usually caused by a buildup of organic contaminants (like body oils, lotions, and sweat). The tile around the waterline was supposed to be white but it had a dark film over most of the perimeter and had not been cleaned. The pool deck tiles were also unclean, and for both the tiles in the pool and on the deck, you could take a finger and cut through the grime. When we arrived after the 3PM check in time, we were assigned a room that was still being cleaned. The one bright spot was the breakfast, which was staffed by a young lady who was very polite, constantly moving to update the food items as they ran out, was cleaning tables and the floor constantly, and seemed to be taking her job very seriously. We paid a premium because there was an event in town, and we were very disappointed with the overall experience for the money paid. Would not stay at this property again, and Hotels.com needs to reflect the reality as this was presented as a nicer option for the area.

Truthfully, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The gentleman at the front desk, wow nice, did not make up for the deplorable room we stayed in with carpet that looked like it was probably from the '60s Max '80s, and a pool that had a liner that was so slippery and peeling all over the place that didn't look anything like the pictures online of a beautiful deep blue pool. Not to mention, as you walked along this disgusting pool, you were sure to walk into stones and hurt your feet. When we opened our pull out couch if you could even call it that we found hair and what looked like a used sheet. There was some form of stain on this mattress that could only be described as someone's period. Or a murder. It was so bad that I didn't even let my son sleep on this mattress. The room looked like they attempted some upgrades with a new mini fridge, but the peeling backboard to the beds really just set the mood for rage. This is not a hotel that I would stay in until I read a review that says that they have completely renovated top to bottom. The staff at breakfast were polite and helpful. There was no pancake maple maker as it was out of order, the sausages were ice cold, the potatoes were rock hard, the bacon was delicious however. I will not be staying here again and I wish that I could have a refund for what was one of the worst sleeps of my life on a mattress that felt like springs were bursting into my ribs, head, and feet. Weird smell too. So many.

Avoid this property.

Gross room. Staff quickly gave refund.

They did accommodate us and put our rooms next to each other. Property is falling apart. Because of that, the rooms felt very dirty and gross. Damaged headboards, fabric Falling off of them. Carpets in rooms and Hallway had stains everywhere and were torn up. Cabinetry was falling apart and pealing.
