Hotel Le Suquet Cannes

Perched on a hill it’s the perfect distance from the beach and from the cobblestone streets of the Suquet. The staff here is impeccable. This crew of people were some of the warmest, helpful and friendly staff we have ever encountered in our many travels. From our check-in with Noura, friendly conversations with Evan and Gerold as well as-Charlon? (I think I have her name wrong here, Oh No!) The rooms are well appointed with a/c that worked well thru the hot days, comfortable beds. The breakfast and terrace are just lovely. The atrium is beautiful with live vine growing inside. The pool was very clean and so refreshing. We would return here without question. There was nothing to dislike.

The location was good, next to the Old town which is quaint. Breakfast was also good. The hotel and our rooms were very clean. I liked that there was bottled water provided in the room. Best thing about this hotel are the staff they are 10/10, in particular Ivan who was very helpful and very pleasant. Aircon didn't work in bedroom. The curtains in the second bedroom of the suite wouldn't close fully because of the position of the aircon unit. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room - I would have expected that there would be. The hotel could do with a refresh/refurb.

The location of the boutique hotel was convenient to Cannes Vieux Ville where one could find restaurants. The hotel was up a very steep and narrow city road with a tight parking lot at the top, but the staff made room for all the guests' cars. The grounds were attractive with greenery and a small pool, and a nice lobby sitting area. The staff people were pleasant and helpful for the most part. Our room was roomy with a nice toilet and shower. We never ate breakfast at the hotel, but we did enjoy some drinks in the lobby. We were reasonably satisfied with our six-night stay as a base for exploring the French Riviera. The only time we got upset with the staff was on the day we were leaving at 7AM to get to the train in Nice, and we found no one at the desk. The door to get out was locked as well as the parking lot gate. The 7AM employee came 10 minutes late and we were frantic to get out by that time. We had thought it was staffed 24 hours. But all turned out well. Another suggestion is that we weren't aware that we would be up two flights of stairs with no elevator. (If it was mentioned at booking time, we didn't see it.) A staff person did carry our suitcases up and down for us, as we are seniors. Also, the old fashioned key for the room lock was hard to manipulate.

Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean and everything was just a few mins walk away. The historic area of Old Town Cannes is super close. Our concierge Paul was exceptional and made our stay so much better by giving us excellent food recommendations and making reservations for us for dinner. The restaurant breakfast is also really nice!

Hotel le Suquet is located in the old part of Cannes with the enchanting restaurants and shops, so lovely to walk around. Cash point opposite the hotel too which was handy! The rooms are stylish and very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable we all had amazing nights sleep! The staff were amazing too! Nothing was too much trouble. Plus the hotel has a pool. Really lovely intimate hotel with sea views from some of our rooms. We all really enjoyed our stay ☺️ Couldn’t fault anything.

It was OK, but situated rather up in the hill and no view to the sea even we expected that from the pictures. The pictures are a bit different that in real life.also the hor water was away one day which made the stay uncomfortable and there was a weird technical smell downstairs during the day. Also the biger coach for the living room area would be better to make all the visitors be seated in the room.

The hotel location is great: we are walking distance to the old Cannes, with restaurants and bars around the corner. The hotel restaurant is amazing, great service, food and atmosphere. The rooms are great, good size, beautifully decorated and very clean and modern. There is a facility to park your car which came very handy. The staff is really nice, helpful, always ready to help or answer questions. The breakfast food was great and a real plus. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again None

The location right in the old town, the service is very personal and friendly, very relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful inner courtyard. It is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway. Everything was great
