This hotel is a total scam. The internet is so slow to the point that it’s impossible to use it. Never experienced anything worse.

The location is very good, near train station and near beach , hotel is in center but in calm street, you can see the sea from the window The room is extremely small, some towels are too old, they are no longer white but grey and even torn… Not very good soundproofing. I heard everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms, especially the neighbors upstairs.

Location is incredible right in the heart of Cannes shopping district and a few hundred meters from the main public beach A bit old style and needs renovation in parts, but was still charming

The location is fantastic and was very good value for the price when you consider you are up against the top hotels of Cannes charging a fortune for such locations. The room was clean the staff were friendly and helpful. Its not really that I did not mind it as i understand for the price and location I am not expecting a suite. The single room I had is tiny that you could barely swing a hamster let alone a cat but it didnt overshadow my stay as I was there purely for the location. However if you are an american visitor expecting what i would call an american sized room you may be in for a surprise
