Great place awesome customer service all the way around, and beautiful location. We will be back! Pool close too early should be...21:00 or 22:00 not 19:00. Needed more time for the pool after spending the day out exploring. Also to queen beds instead of two full beds when you have three and four persons in the room.

Nice resort, nice facilities, amicable staff (cleaners, servers and pool staff) Food is not good. The reception is not very friendly and bot responding to the emails promptly.
-
The service company on site offering excursions, pricing was a little too high.

Nice all-inclusive beachfront hotel located along the Hotel Zone in Cancun. Pleasant staff and well kept hotel & spa facilities. Short distance to CUN airport. On-site dining facilities serve good food though are first come, first served. Walkable nearby high end retail and restaurants Sargassum should be removed from the beaches daily

I enjoyed the resort very much. Would return again. I felt the specialty restaurants need a little more menu options and seasoning on the food. We didn't know where the activities were located so we didn't participate much.

The food was okay overall, but there were definitely some disappointments. The steakhouse menu was decent, however, if a dish is labeled as “surf and turf,” a side should really be included automatically. My salmon entrée came by itself with no mention of any included sides like mashed potatoes or rice. I had to separately ask for fries and lobster mac and cheese, and unfortunately the fries arrived cold. Another major issue was the pool temperature. The pools did not feel refreshing at all — the water was extremely warm. Considering how hot it already is in Mexico, the pools should provide some relief from the heat. The pool temperatures definitely need to be monitored more closely. I was also surprised that there was only one swim-up bar on the property. When an incident occurred there, the entire area was shut down for 24 hours because of one guest’s behavior. As a result, everyone had to use the larger pool instead, which became overcrowded and uncomfortable — especially since the water there was also very hot. This part of the experience could definitely be handled better to avoid impacting all guests. Lastly, the air conditioning could be better. To regulate the thermostat in our rooms were not an easy task. The pictures don't really help.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean and comfy. The staff was the stand out, they were all amazing! From the front desk to the waiting staff, pool staff and the cleaning staff were all a delight and very professional. The food was hit and miss. Some days the buffet was great the next day it was terrible. The Mexican restaurant was a real let down unfortunately, considering we were here in Mexico we had high hopes for it but it was a 3/10 at best. Very bland food, no real taste, everything felt like it was out of a tin.

too many things about this property i loved, as someone’s first time in Mexico and at a all inclusive hotel; it truly was the best. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful, my room was amazing with a gorgeous view and every where i went was a place to either relax and swim or layout on the beach and dip in the ocean while watching a volleyball game at the same time Having to leave

We loved the room, the pools and everything. The food at the steak restaurant, Asian and Mexican was good. I wish there was an actual sushi restaurant. There was sushi at the buffet, but it was just weird combinations that don’t go together and it wasn’t that good. We really wanted to get a massage, but it’s just too expensive. It was more expensive than probably getting a massage in the US or anywhere else. The credit points that you get when you book a room, only give you discounts and the discounts are only on the more expensive things. So if we wanted the 60 minute massage, you don’t even get a discount on it. We didn’t actually use the points. They were useless.

Everything was excellent no complaints No complaints

Once you leave, they don't care Property endorses the ripping of off taxi to the airport. Bellman called a taxi at stated price of $25 then the taxi scammed me by charging 5x the amount on my credit card. A common scam apparently in Cancun. I called RIU to make a complain and they just dismissed my concern

The rooms were big and comfortable, the ocean view was just incredible! Food was delicious! It was a plus to have the app and book for restaurant reservations in advance. Service was marvelous! Thank you Darwin, Gaby in the lobby bar, and to Miguel at the sports bar, very good service. I enjoyed the shows they had and also it was very convenient to have the shuttle to the other Riu hotel for the RIU parties. I had a problem the day of my check in but the receptionist managed to help me and solve it for me, thank you very much! Nothing! Everything was good. :)

Everything is incredible, the room, amenities, restaurants! NA

Very modern and well maintained. Loved the pool area and facilities. Beach was awesome. Food was a little below expectations. Buffet was good and as expected. I expected the specialty restaurants to be a little higher quality. Al ad I m the evening entertainment could have been a little better. They seem to focus on the Riu parties which aren’t for everyone.

We loved everything about it!

The staff--every single one--was amazing! So kind, helpful, and ready to serve. The food was good--not amazing--but never bad and mostly really good, especially the Steakhouse. The cleanliness of everything was top notch. The gym was very small and hard to use with so many people. The drinks were not the best (margarita in particular). It was a little loud from the street.
