Perfect place, staff, and location of the property. Plenty of places for food nearby, places to hang outdoors if weather permits.

Our mattress was stained with urine and other excrement. The comforter showed brown and yellow staining blotches inside the fabric. Likely body oil and sweat, incomplete laundering/cleaning. Could also include moisture staining and aging. Carpets in all areas hallways and rooms were filthy. The staff initially denied the uncleanly conditions but the visual evidence was undeniable and they offered a different room. These unsanitary conditions pose a risk to health.

There is an additional $25 a night fee that you don’t know about it until after your stay. Aside from that it was a nice hotel.

The location is good, and the breakfast at the restaurant was fine (restaurant looked like it had been renovated). However, how this hotel receives 4 stars makes me question who is writing the reviews.

Great location, friendly staff, nice size room. Decor was a bit dated and the mini fridge in the room leaked on our food we had to throw it out. Walking distance to MIT and Harvard.

The facility is clean, contemporary, and in a nice neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed walking over the Charles river on our way to Fenway Park for a red sox game. Breakfast buffet was of good quality for $25 and a good start to our days of walking and hiking. Universities such as MIT are nearby,

Room 423: The toilet seat does not stand up, making (male) urination complicated. A real turn-off.

Location is great, but parking on weekdays is about $60. Rooms are well maintained and reasonable size

The staff was wonderful and the location could not of been better. Parking was great as well For a luxury hotel is was pretty underwhelming. Broken door handle in the bathroom. Towels weren't great. Lighting in bath very dim. Breakfast was very disappointing. Waited forever for coffee. The buffet was overpriced for what they had. A la carte no better.

Quick stay. Nice room. Distance from Bu bridge was further than I thought after reading the description. It was more of a 25 minute walk.
