The front desk staff were very dismissive of us when we checked in, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable

Booking.com made a mistake in the allocation of the room for our family. The lady at the reception immediately re-arranged our hotelbooking. Big thank you for that.

Our room was large and clean. During our stay, breakfast happened to be included which was a nice perk! Parking is available in a garage next to the hotel, but is not included. The hotel itself is lovely, and we had a great stay - within walking distance to the train station which was very convenient!

Great place friendly staff

The staff was very nice, especially the two people who were at the front desk for the first two nights we were there. The room had just about everything we needed to get by and the A/C worked well during a humid august stay. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Free coffee (that was actually good) in the lobby every day. Our window was extremely dirty, so much so that it was gross to look out of. The bathroom was nice and clean but the shower water pressure should be a lot better in a newer hotel. There were not enough drawers - we had to put all our things on the long bench below the TV and it looked extremely messy. We requested a set of clean towels but they were never brought up to our room. I could see how this hotel would be great for business travelers but not ideal for a family vacation of more than a night or two.

Good pruce The room was not very clean, and housekeeping never cleaned our room during our three-night stay despite saying they would. The room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy, and the air conditioning was not very effective. Overall, the price was good, but the service and room quality could be improved.

Each floor had a microwave and water dispenser, which was extremely convenient. Thank you for allowing us to check in early (members could).

Great staff and very clean

Excellent facility in Cambridge. Ideal location to take Red line in morning to the downtown conference. Only challenge is getting ride share early morning 5:30 am. It took 50 minutes to get Uber ride share - recommend to schedule early in night.

Bad

The staff at the AC Marriott Cambridge is fabulous.. from the courteous and friendly front desk staff, to the bartender as well as the housekeeping staff. Such a nice experience to stay at this location!

Perfect location and close to the T. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great.

Staff not helpful

Room was comfy and clean Breakfast buffet is overpriced!! $ 21 for a "European" buffet that isn't very diverse or high quality. Parking is paid for 30$. The food at the bar is also overpriced.

Exceptional

Hotel was clean and had amenities such as a heated salted pool & gym. I did not have time to use them but nice to have the options. Staff at reservation desk and the female bartender were friendly, and helpful at all times. Brody Runyan was especially helpful and empathetic. I appreciated all staff's kindness as I was going through a stressful time.
