I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to a complete lack of water facilities throughout the entire day. This meant no showers, no working toilets, and no access to basic amenities in the bathroom. We reported the water issue to the reception on 12th January at 11:44 AM, and we were told that maintenance was working on it. However, after waiting more than 10 hours, nothing had been fixed. When we asked the night-shift receptionist, he claimed he had no idea about the issue and offered no help at all. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel also failed basic cleanliness and hygiene standards: ? Dirty bed covers (Check attached photos) – It was clear they had been used before we arrived. ? Filthy fridge (Check attached photos) – Rusty and completely dirty inside. ? Lack of proper maintenance (Check attached photos) – The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. We had booked this hotel for a special holiday, but the lack of water, cleanliness, and customer service made our stay extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. The hotel’s poor communication and failure to address such critical issues show they do not prioritise guests’ well-being. Would you book a hotel where you can’t even take a shower and sleep in used bed covers? If not, stay far away from this place!

Nothing DEFINITELY ACTING LIKE THIEFS Few days back I visited this particular hotel and received a really traumatizing experience. During the booking they provided me with a key even without a keychain and due to some reason I lost the key but instead they handed me another room key without giving me a notice that I should be paying for either of the rooms, morning I had a flight back to dubai but they didn’t allow me to leave without paying for both the rooms. At last I had to pay for 2 rooms when the mistake wasn’t even from my side on additional they even took the penalty to the key that I lost. The behavior of the lady in the counter was really brutal, they did made us wait in the reception for hours for giving an extra key but they wanted to sell another room and at last they said that we can’t be provide another key

The location is in the center of downtown Cairo. Really close to the musuem in Cairo. The value for money is really good Our room had many mosquitoes. Didn't now where they came from. The room also a bit dirty. We stayed closed to the lobby, and the doors doesn't keep sound away. So could get noisy The curtains from the bathroom didn't go all the way down so the floor would get really wet after bath

It was clean, calm, very affordable, accessible, secured and the receptionists were polite. I didn't like the fact that I arrived in the morning and they said I can only check in at 12 noon whereas I had paid for the whole day.

The location, quite even it is a busy area, clean rooms, staff are nice and helpful. Towels are not drying me at all. I didn't try the breakfast as they start from 9 to 11, which is not acceptable since most of the guests are tourists and they will go early for the sightseeing.from 7 or 8am at least.

The location is perfect. The furniture is very small , and small room..

So central with helpful staff and free luggage storage. Little noisy at night.
