Kemet Hotel TS

The location right by Tahrir Square is absolutely perfect for exploring Cairo. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our 2-night stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Everything was wonderful, though the street noise from the bustling city center can be a bit noticeable at times. However, this is fully expected for such a central location and didn't impact our sleep thanks to the good soundproofing.

Everything was great for the duration of our stay. From the time we entered the hotel up until we left, the staff were all professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were great. The breakfast was amazing as well. The hotels location is also great, it's close to all the touristy locations and it's easy for a car service to pick you up. Overall, 10/10. Nothing, everything was great.

Everything you can find downstairs nothing

The room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom felt a bit small compared to the size of the room. There were some misunderstandings at first regarding the room we booked and the one we initially received. However, thanks to Nour, everything was resolved quickly and professionally. She is a great Guest Relations Officer who truly went above and beyond to help us. She deserves to be a manager! ?? Thank you, Nour, for making our stay much more enjoyable. The bathroom was small

location. location. location. what a great and sweet experience at Kemet. easy to access, great walkable restaurants, amazing staff and team, comfortable rooms. checked in at 3:45 AM from late arrival and the staff at the hotel was ready and welcomed us. breakfast is sufficient and good. Guest Services NOUR was so helpful and kind. had a difficult time accessing wifi but that was literally the only challenge - otherwise, this was an incredible stay

Traffic outside the hotel

i like that is was near tahrir square and feels in center and walking distance from many good coffee shops and restaurants. only the noise from outside but that’s understandable

The property is good the staff is nice just ask for a room away from the street (honking)

The beds are not comfy, we asked for a king size bed to my surprise it was just 2 single beds beside each other fitted with one bed sheet

Everything was very clean. The staff, especially Noran, was very helpful and friendly.

The location was good. It was dirty, the bed was filled with women hair.

Location and ambience Rooms are too small

All staff are friendly and professional, all rooms are clean and new decorative. Location and food are perfect

Location Street noise

The shower was a problem. The is only one door and the shower leaks everywhere leaving a flooded floor. Water pressure was alos not too great.

The location is very good. Has one of the best breakfast among same location hotels. Has a really nice restaurant nearby. Special thanks to Aya the receptionist who got us a taxi for a really good price. When we first came there were no towels in the room. I called the reception, they said in 5 mins they will bring a towel. After 10 mins nothing came, so I called again they said another 5 mins it will come. After 15 mins nothing came I called again and they said call the housekeeping? I called the housekeeping and they couldn't speak English and they said call the reception. After thay I got to reception myself and angrly ask for a towel. Then eventually after an hour we got a towel.

Brand new premises as shown in pictures. Everything was comfortable and worth the price. The only thing I’ll suggest is that the staff has to be more welcoming to their invitees.

The hotel location was nice and all staff were so kind. the reception staff was so much nice especially the receptionist Aaya or marwaa I think was nice and helpfull Nothing specific
