Checked in to find out that the pool and hot tub were out of service. That was one of the reasons we booked with this hotel. Door to those facilities had a notice that they were shut down by the state. Room was clean when we entered. However, we stayed 2 days, and there was no turn down service. Sheets didnt properly fit the bed, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and TP for day 2.

The beds were comfortable. Great breakfast. Very accommodating No power when we arrived, but fixed in a timely manner. And not in their control.
-
The hotel is being renovated. We were not aware of this. Rooms were clean.
-
Room was clean. Comfortable beds and a quality breakfast. Would stay here again.
-
Good location, nice room, the bed was very comfortable, food was good and fresh. Unfortunately the pool was under construction, and AC too loud.
-
In addition, we had to move rooms as the toilet in our room was leaking from the base so our bathroom had water all over the floor when we returned to our room. Hotel just seems old. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient. Would probably not stay there again with so many other options.

Everything was nice.
-
There was only decaf coffee in the lobby when we left for the airport at 430. That was very disappointing. Other than that its my 3rd time staying there and its a good stay

The breakfast was amazing. Just needed a place to sleep but this place was awesome

Great location. Several things were under construction and shabby or pool not in working order. Our room was comfortable and clean though.

There was breakfast included! City of Burnsville had notices on doors stating that those rooms are uninhabitable & others had a peice of paper covering these notices.Just on the 4th floor 7 or 8 rooms are like this! When addressing this issue & looking for answers at the front desk, he claimed that they are waiting for pull out couches to be delivered before they can open the rooms. I don't believe him ! I asked to be placed in another room because we were right across the hall from rooms like this & he refused! Hampton Inn doesn't live up to the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee at this location! Way overpriced for the run down hotal!

Overall, great service.

Breakfast was nice - coffee was great, and they had a couple gluten free options, so that was helpful.
-
Decent amount of variety for breakfast choices, including waffle maker.

Do not stay here. This property is completely under construction and every floor is impacted. Pool is closed, “gym” has a broken treadmill and smells like it’s never had air, the “business center” has one computer and it doesn’t even have internet. It’s filthy, unsafe (exposed wires, doors that do not lock, leaking ceilings, dead bugs, etc ) and the workers and management didn’t seem to care or address any concerns brought to them, especially when a stranger walked into our room. Hotel photos on this site do not show how this property currently looks in person except for the front lobby and breakfast area when you walk in the door to check in. Turn the corner and it’s an entirely different experience! The city currently has an application on file for this property to be turned into a mental institution. They should just shut it down now based on the condition and lack of care from the staff and manager. Hilton should be ashamed to be running a hotel in this condition under their umbrella. I’ve contacted corporate to report issues and OSHA and other organizations will be next.

The hotel lobby was clean and looked like it was fairly new. The rest of the hotel is under construction. Which it definately needs. Room was clean but old. Bed was rough. Could feel springs.
-
The reason we booked this hotel was because it had a pool was a get together with my adult children and their children, which would be my grandchildren and they were not able to use the pool because it was being renovated, but was not told that during the reservation only found out once we were there in our room on the first floor air conditioner was not working properly smelled stale, musty, water, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, black mold on the wall by the table and black mold all over in the air conditioner returned home with sore throat just a very stinky room
-
Property should be condemned. Unclean and staff was rude!
-
Room was clean, with excellent amenities. Breakfast was great - we did a "grab and go" as we had a very early morning flight.
-
The whole building was under construction
