Once I check in I never saw the staff again

Chairs in the room were in bad condition. Front desk was not helpful with addressing room conditions. We were told "new chairs would come in at the end of the month." We were checking out the next day. Also, room had an insect problem.

We had a wonderful stay was very clean . Our room was perfect. Only thing is rooms with kitchens need coffee pots. But other then that we absolutely loved our stay..

I did not like that there were no blackout curtains. I was up in the 6 o'clock hour with the sun. The bed was hard. We both woke up sore. The shower water pressure was horrible. For that reason alone, I won't stay there again. Our friends who stayed in a different room, had the same experience.

ROACH WAS ON THE FLOOR! I killed about 2-3 small baby roaches. The refrigerator was dirty needed to be wiped out. The cover had a slight smell.

The bathroom was very dirty!!! Under the beds to much garbage!

Needs security to man the parking lot. Kids outside small kids outside while strange grown upstairs roam the lot. Or curfew hours for small children that live there

We left after the 1st night wanted to not even stay there, but we had no where to go. Felt unsafe and the hotel smelled of chemicals that made my kids feel sick. Everything needs updating. Stains in walls and night stands. The floors felt sticky and smell of marijuana came thru our vents.
