Adequate parking, AC excellent. Water strong.

The beds need upgraded but we were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Was a nice visit except they have no breakfast

Absolutely beautiful room and very very polite, helpful staff I throughly enjoyed my stay and all the amenities including the room’s hot tub which was absolutely perfect for my wife and I after an exhausting day and night of Disneyland.

Location to Knotts was awesome.

Cleaning staff is good

Room was a good size! Parking was a little inconvenient. Only 1 car a room and you couldn’t pay for an extra. But pool was nice. Will be back

After checking in, we wiped down the hard surfaces and rewashing the provided dishes as a precaution. We soon discovered our concerns about cleanliness were justified. The TV would not stay turned off and repeatedly came back on throughout our two-night stay. We also found tissues stuffed into the couch crevice, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The most disturbing issue was discovered at checkout when we looked under the beds for a missing toy. Under both beds we found multiple dead cockroaches, tissues, crumbs, trash, and other debris. There was also a large, crusted stain at the foot of one bed that appeared to be dried vomit or another bodily fluid. The area appeared not to have been properly cleaned for some time. We immediately reported these concerns to the front desk. Instead of an apology or effort to address them, we were questioned about why we had not inspected under the beds or reported the issues sooner. Guests should not have to inspect hidden areas to ensure basic cleanliness. We were also told that because we booked through a third party, the hotel could not help and we would need to address it with them. We expected basic cleanliness and a reasonable response to serious sanitation concerns. Unfortunately, we received neither and would not stay here again.

Location AC didn't work, there wasn't enough parking for all the cars there, I was blocked in by another car in morning when I needed to get to work.

The staff at the front desk is great. Overall stay is good. Will come back again.

The room was overall clean and looked ok. The bathroom was very dated with mold in the corners, We paid for a suite which we thought from the pictures was a bigger room but the only difference was the little kitchenette, it was very disappointing. We had no forks to use when we made something, All the cabinets were empty with the bare minimum for utensils. When we arrived back the first night late from Disney there was no parking for us. We were traveling with 2 service dogs, my daughter who has health and physical issues. The worker harassed us for 15 minutes not allowing the service dog in when we had checked in 5 hours sooner and had them approved by another employee. Then we had to walk 2 buildings back to our room because of lack of parking even though we had a handicap pass. The service dog incident was brought to the managers attention, and he was very nice and apologized several times , He is looking into the matter and getting better trained for his employees on the ADA guidelines.

Room: - The rooms with carpet had an unpleasant smell so make sure you don't get one of those - The rooms with hardwood flooring: If you walk barefoot, you will see how black the bottom of your feet become so wear shoes or sandals - Bed: It felt like sleeping on Jell-o. It is especially apparent when there are 2 people in the same bed. - 1st Floor: The ceiling is thin. So some kid was running around at midnight and did not stop despite me calling the front desk and asking them to intervene. Luckily I brought earplugs - Bathroom: Very run down. Toilet paper holder barely hanging on. Tiles around the tub were cracked & probably water is leaking into it. Toiletries were missing and we had to go to the Front Desk to ask for this - AC: It worked. Only positive thing - Room size: It was pretty spacious. The lights in room 104 were generous Property in General: - 2 Washers and 1 Dryer (other one was broken). Need your license to get key to room for machines - Ice: the machine is right outside the office, but it only dispenses ice if you get permission from the Front Desk - no breakfast The ONLY reason you would stay at this hotel is for free parking and walking proximity to Knotts Berry Farm and/or Soak City. Beyond that, I would never stay here. Though the hotel would not allow a early check-in without a fee, they did allow you to park there before your check-in time for free, as long as you were staying the night.
