Motel 6 Bryan, TX - College Station

Terrible!

This place is awesome. The rooms are clean and everything works. The staff is great!

The Air conditioner didn't work and the door didn't lock so we didn't even stay last night we came home and if I could get my money back I would. Would you stay in a place where the door wouldn't even lock and the Air conditioner didn't even work?? I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT MOTEL

I booked a room online through booking.com to stay at the motel 6 in Bryan and paid for my room and reservation once my reservation are booking was complete unfortunately when I got to the hotel to check in the hotel desk clerk inform me that that I would have to check out at 11:00 a.m. and at this point it was 3:00 a.m. in the morning so she advised me to call booking.com and have the customer service representative modify my reservation when I talk to the customer service rep he acted as though he couldn't understand what I was saying about modifying the dates and then finally after about 20 minutes of explanations he finally got it and he called the front desk lady three times to verify with her some the same information she was getting frustrated with him and so was I and then he then he told me that they had a room available so he went ahead and booked it and he had to change my single reservation to a double reservation because it didn't have any singles available for the date that he changed it to on top of that he tied up my money booking.com took that and then they were trying to charge me another $69 which my card at that point I locked it so that they couldn't charge it because I wasn't going to pay 69 after I'd already paid 57 and some change and he reserved me with my modified reservation a double handicap room but it was under someone else's name not my own so I still can check in so I had to call back and talk to another representative who refused to tell me what 57 + $13 added up to cuz she was trying to make me pay another $13 which I wouldn't do because the front desk lady told her to give me a room at a rate of $60 flat rate taxes included three times she refusing answer my question seven times and then told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me so I never got to stay in the room booking.

The room had Roaches completely nasty

Didn't have breakfast provided by the motel. The AC was off when we arrived. Which is somewhat understandable, but it also could have been turned on in that the proprietorship knew the room had been reserved.

Clean room, air conditioned, parking easy

Only complaint i have was the neighboring room left their tv on at 1 in the morning. But the staff took care of it when I called.

More than fair accomodations for the price! Would definitely stay here again. A/C worked amzingly well in the hot Texas heat!

The floor was dirty there was hair in the bath tub drain the paint was peeling off the floor and the walls the tile was broken the bathroom area

Polite kindness and treated well I booked my room I was supposed to check in at 3 but we got rain out so I went to the hotel to see how early I could check in they got me a room pretty quick before 3 now that’s was great cause I was sleeping in my truck til it was time to check in I love everything

It was cheap and was just what we needed for one night! The pool was closed

I went to the front desk at 7 am and no one came out to help me there was no bell to ring I banged the window and yelled and no one came out for a good 5 minutes on my reservation it was double bed 4 people and they didn't wanna give us towels to use only enough for 2 people other then that it was okay
