Hotel Groeninghe

Perfect location on a quiet side street in the middle of the Old Town in Brugge. Nice and cosy rooms. Very nice with air conditioning in the double rooms! Staff extremely nice and helpful. Gave us loads of tips on local restaurants (with free-drink-vouchers!), good parking garages and where to buy tickets for the canal boat ride. Expensive breakfast (same price for adults and 3-year-old). We therefore chose to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. A very central location that made it easy to walk around the city. And a very simple quick check in process.

The hotel is charming and has a lovely atmosphere. Also the location is excellent, very close to the centre but very quiet.

Nice quiet back alley location very comveniemt near parking amd access to the city Staff were very unfriendly and almost hostile towards us because we arrived late due to eurotunnel delays. They then charged us extra for late check in. We ended up sleeping in the car the first night. I understand that eurotunnel delays are not the hotels fault but they were very unhelpful amd un friendly

The location was excellent. Welcoming host. Very clean facilitities. Good sized room. Bed was quite comfortable. Kettle in room. Able to store luggage till departed. Mosquitos at night were a problem. Netting only on one window and had holes in it. Got badly bitten. No air conditioning or fan and very hot at night when we visited. No coffee machine Worn out towels.

location no air conditioner rude owner delivered the keys at 9pm unreachable late bed crib delivery even though we asked min 3-4 days in advance afterwards she did xenophobic and national discriminative insults vie whatsapp messages, i have delivered them to booking, but there is no answer the place so hot that our 1 year old baby could not sleep the whole night,and there was no air conditioner

Beds are very comfortable and location is perfect , 5 min to center, canals and train station. Room was very clean, good to stay in such a historical building Sink was blocked they have to check before lodging people in the room It was a roof floor as no air condition, no fridge it was so hot. But opening the window provides nice fresh air. In photographed it wasn’t a roof floor room

Everything! The landlady was exceptionally friendly and "looked after me" Very good location Lovely attic room but carrying suitcase up was an effort.....!

Very good location Staff is very friendly Comfort bed Clean The hotel is a little bit outdated, but everything is generally OK. It's quite noisy in the morning (if you a not early bird) Its quite a good place to stay for a solo traveler. But I would not recommend it for a romantic travel with a glamour partner :)

Good location just away from the busy central, close to a nice coffee shop and the park. Clean rooms and simple check-in. Probably due to surge pricing on a bank holiday weekend but it was not good value for money. Expensive for a very simple room with moderately comfortable beds and aged decor.

The host was amazing, and lovely. The rooms were great, we had the best time! Breakfast was really great as well!
