Location is very good and conveniently located. Helpful and friendly staff. Outside sound and noise from patio below, specially in the mornings. Plus close proximity to the Belfry tower means tolling bell sounds are constant in the mornings.

Only negative to our room was that it does not have a refrigerator or coffee maker. There was an area that could easily have had a refrigerator and coffee maker put there. Other than that, the room was exceptional, and the staff were even better than that. Parking garage was 30 when I booked but by the time my trip came, it was €35 so we parked at one of the other parking lots in the area for €15 a day. I think Martin should reassess their parking fee.

We left Wednesday morning at 9am. The hotel ordered a taxi for us at 9am, taking us to Oostkamp. The driver was very, very rude and yelled at both my wife and myself. It was even to the point where he turned back from the front seat, leaned towards my wife and yelled at her. I actually thought he might strike her, he seemed so mad (and for absolutely no reason). We weren't arguing with him. We just asked a question about where we're going, and he got upset. I would strongly ask that you call that taxi service and complain. It was TAXI SNEL, ID # 0010786.

Everything was exceptional, from food, concierge service, to location. Neils at the Front Desk was a real Pro. I didn't want to leave!

It is in a very convenient location. I liked that I was given a room where I can look down the street. The price for the single room/single bed is a bit high.

The AMAZING location. Unbelievable view. Some staff was AMAZINGLY helpful - another was not when trying to get a taxi.

No elevator to room. My husband is handicapped and expected to haul luggage upstairs Ridiculous for the high price.

Convenient location and courteous staff. There was also a self service/pay Starbucks station in the lobby, which also had an ice machine.
