Hotel Malleberg was STUNNING and conveniently located. It was very personal feeling and quiet, despite being so close to everything. Definitely book the plant-based breakfast in their beautiful mid-evil basement!

Very charming place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and air con was definitely a bonus as we stayed during the heatwave. We arrived very late but there was an easy self-check in. Location was perfect, close to the square, nice pubs and restaurants all nearby. The room was also very quiet, even though the windows were overlooking the road. Our beds were made up every day. Please note the hotel is all vegan. We didn't know this before booking but we did not mind too much. We did not have breakfast at the hotel anyway. Overall , we absolutely loved the hotel and we would come back :) The only thing was that even though I placed a dirty towel on the floor, which would suggest it would get replaced, the housekeeping just folded it up and put it back on the towel rack? Because the towel was damp and the bathroom didn't have good ventilation(no windows), the bathroom just smelled of wet towels. It did not ruin our stay though and other than that no complaints! :)

We loved the location of the hotel, the staff were friendly and the rooms clean and spacious. Can't fault the hotel at all. Nothing.

Great location, big room, friendly staff. Room was a little warm.

Bus route and some bar traffic. Best keep all windows closed and put on ac. Charlotte staff member was so kind and most accommodating. Plant based optional buffet so tasty and wholesome Not a thing

The room in the basement where breakfast is served. The brick is beautiful and the decor is stunning. I will definitely stay here again, but I will select another room.

Host was very friendly and informative Nothing

The location was perfect! Not far from Berg square and Market square. The room was charming, the bathroom was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was easy to control for a comfortable night’s sleep. The price was a little on the high side, I think, but I chose it for the location. And finding a room for three can be tricky.

We had a last minute, one night stay, and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The room was large, clean, and comfortable; the hosts kind and welcoming.

This location was awesome! We were given room nine which was perfect for our family of four. We were in the heart of the old city and only steps away from the plaza. The staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect.

Ava, the lady who checked us in and helped with our luggage was outstanding.
-
It was a classical style hotel, which we loved although some people might think it’s old and uncomfortable. What we loved the most was the friendly stuff and its convenient location. The bathroom was small but we enjoyed it as it is.

The offered breakfast was a plant based variety of croissants and breads. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

We stayed for 7 nights at Hotel Malleberg in June. First of all, the hotel’s location is very central, making it perfect for discovering Bruges and reaching every part of the city easily. The room was spacious enough and air conditioning and ventilation were more than adequate. Additionally, the hotel’s efforts in maintaining cleanliness were very satisfying. The breakfast service was excellent in both variety and quality. The plant-based options were delicious and filling. Above all, the hotel owners and staff offered warm hospitality and made every effort with genuine smiles.
