Beautiful boutique hotel a short walk into Bruges Nil

Genuinely a lovely Hotel -Rooms very clean - Parking Great and exceptional location - Everything is on your door step ! Only issue is next time i will book a room at the back of the hotel as firstly the stairs are just so steep and we had two flights to climb and secondly there is a lot of road noise to deal with and i like sleeping with windows open !

Plenty of choice,food nice and hot,staff friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Location was excellent. Also parking available. Pool great. Small thing but …. We found several mosquitoes in the room. Went to reception to see if we could change the room but they gave us a plug in mosquito deterrent instead. Not the best nights sleep as paranoid about being bitten.

Excellent location, accommodation and breakfast. We didn't have a chance to check out many of the other amenities, but the property was in excellent condition, and service was very friendly and efficient. As is typical in Europe, the elevators are small and it's sometimes necessary to negotiate some stairs in spite of the elevators depending on room location - not a big deal for us but perhaps problematic for some who want to carry their own luggage.

The location if the hotel was fantastic within walking distance to the main market square and all the other attractions and the staff were friendly More for awareness,the room we were allocated has steps going down to the bathroom so be mindful if guests have mobility issues

Very disappointing experience, especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was small and not properly clean. It was advertised as having a balcony with a city view, but the balcony actually overlooked the hotel car park. The pool was also very small and had far too much chlorine. When I complained, the manager was extremely rude, which made the whole situation unnecessarily stressful. I was disappointed by the hotel’s lack of respect for consumer rights. I would return to Bruges a thousand times, but I would definitely choose another hotel — there are better options at even better prices.

Situation to the city centre. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Indoor swimming pool wasn’t what I expected. It was stuck down underground and not really that inviting.

Location is great. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Nothing ever seemed to be too much which is always the sign of a great hotel Restricted access to food and drink
