The location was great

The hotel has an authentic, relaxing vibe. The room was spacious and had direct view on the canal. The breakfast had a wide variation, and the products were of high quality; the best bacon I have eaten in a hotel, over 15 years. Efficient, professional and adult staff; no inexperienced interns.

Such a large, spacious, modern apartment in the heart of Dinant. Within blocks of the river and center of town. Very quiet at night with an outstanding view of the Citadel by night. Owner was immediately reposonsive to my request to access unit early. Much appreciated with no place to store luggage. Every little detail has been attended to. Bed outstanding with beautiful linens. I REALLY appreciated the great AC that responded to the touch of button. Have been out hiking and biking all day. What a sanctuary to come back to Itching. Everything was outstanding. Cannot praise it enough. And I’ve been on the road for three months. Many many lodgings. This one by far the best

No lift but old building.

Love the hotel, and classic feel. Really authentic! The washroom facilities only had a deep bath. This is nice, but a proper showhead stand would be good as for moments of a quick rinse.

Excellent staff, small tokens of appreciation from the hotel, location, amenities (AIRCON! - rare in Bruges) - that's a winning combo Noice isolation could be a little better, but it's an old building, so it's expected

Nice place in a nice location but… The staff magically couldn’t find my expensive button down shirts. I left two shirts in the wardrobe and I contacted them within 2 hours of my departure. They disappeared!

A really lovely hotel situated in the historic centre of Bruges about 15 mins walk from the Grand Place. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, well presented and with a good choice. Our room was on the small size but the bed was very comfortable and everything we need was provided including a coffee machine with fresh coffee pods. The hotel building dates back to the 16th century but it has a lovely atmosphere with lots of nooks and crannies. The hotel has no lift and there are lots of stairs to climb and therefore may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Such a charming inn on a quiet canal. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates by very friendly staff. The breakfast offered is extensive and has everything you would want. All the sites in Bruges are in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again! Only one small criticism. The eggs at breakfast were not that warm. Perhaps if the serving dish was heated it would keep the eggs warmer.
