Loved the location - close to town & good restaurants. Room was enormous - 2 double beds. Quaint hotel - very pretty. Hot water tap in sink takes ages to run warm & pressure is low. Shower is great though.

I do not know why, but the smell in the hall of the hotel was not good. There was a musty smell, as if the hotel was not ventilated

Location was perfect. Room was small but bed was big. Room was small, but that was ok. It worked for the 2 of us.

Our hosts were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for us and gave us really useful local information. The location is brilliant - just a 2 minute walk from the main market squares.

We liked the location a lot. The property is in need of updating. It’s an older building, but some necessary updates would make it much more pleasant. There was a kettle and some sugar and tea in the room , no coffee packets. The TV screen (which we don’t normally use but an example of the amenities) was maybe a 18inch screen . The reception we received was off to a bad start when the owner/host reminded us that this is Europe and the first floor means “take the stairs” and he wanted to complain about American politics.

Hostess is very nice. A Peruvian woman very polite and concern about your staying. She will help you with concerns. Breakfast buffet was good and the hotel is in a perfect location Nothing

A wonderful unique lodging in a quiet but accessible part of Bruges. Clean & Comfortable room, great breakfast, a really wonderful place to stay! The staff was a bit brusque at times.
