The location is excellent, very close to the tourist attractions and one bus stop away from the train station. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is a quite generous selection. The toilet seat won’t stay up. It keeps falling down. That's a little bit annoying.

Location. Excellent breakfast. Due to traffic rerouting we were unable to access hotel by car. But the parking house is really nearby. Smell from smoking by guests outside of the hotel.

We had a great stay at NH Hotel Brugge and were genuinely very pleased with our experience. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to many hotels in Europe, and it was clear that the little details and guests’ needs had been well thought out. The location was also ideal — very close to the train station while still being within a comfortable walking distance of Bruges city centre. The breakfast was good, and the little birthday surprise they prepared for my husband was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The price could perhaps have been a little more affordable, but considering the location of Bruges, the free cancellation and breakfast included, we still found it to be good value for money. An earlier check-in and later check-out option would have made the stay even better, but overall, we were genuinely very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The air conditioning was a good and wifi worked well. Location excellent to walk to most things. Nothing , it was as advertised.

Brilliant hotel with good facilities. Location is a short distance away from Brugge Centre, which was ideal. Not far from transportation if you want to travel. Nothing to fault.

Great location, very close to the Old Town, with convenient underground parking nearby. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!
