The room was very spacious and clean with nice furnishings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was great - just a short walk to the centre of town. Would have liked more pillow options.

Nice and quiet, family room was spacious and with air conditioner Lottie bit outdated, breakfast was basic.

Location excellent, check guy very friendly and helpful Breakfast was poor and staff unhelpful to aggressive. When we went to the counter there was no scrambled eggs. We waited and had other things, but 10 minutes later still no eggs. Asked a gentleman can he get some please. I watch and he just went on clearing tables. Waited again, still nothing. Went and asked the lady on duty and was meet with aggressive" I know, the chef is busy you will have to wait" Very poor service and changed my whole view of the hotel

It was very clean, breakfast was nice, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location is quiet, not near the main tourist center but close enough to walk easily.

set on a scenic canal in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk to the center of town. excellent breakfast included.

Very good property at Bruges. Vey well maintained, good breakfast, very nice indoor garden and very nice surroundings. Bus stop is just opposite and frequent bus from/to Centre and railway station stops there.

This hotel is on a lovely quiet street by the canal and about a 10 minute walk from the main square. Our room has a great view and the staff was friendly and professional. The property also has a nice garden and bar lounge. The hotel aesthetic was dated and the room was fairly bare bones but clean. The beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable and the wifi did not work.

The open network provided a speed of only around 2 Mbps, which was sufficient for checking emails and using social media, but completely inadequate for working. The so-called “fast” internet was even more disappointing: the network was barely accessible near the reception and was not visible at all from my room. During my stay, I had to attend an important online meeting. I asked whether I could use a quiet area where the faster network was available, but I was advised to take the meeting from the lobby instead. Unfortunately, the network was not accessible there either, and the lobby was not quiet at that time. The staff made no real effort to resolve the problem, so I eventually had to use my phone as a hotspot. Apart from this, the room was clean and the location was decent. The hotel is not directly in the city centre, but most places are still within a ten-minute walk. Internet connection is a joke.

Breakfast was available. Mostly quiet. Located nearly 2 mile walk from train station. Resulted in $30 taxi cost. Bed was soft and uncomfortable. Woke up with back ache. Our room was dated, not at all as photos on Booking depict.

Large room, fabulously rain shower, clean, comfie. Wonderful breakfast. It is a short ten minute walk to main square n city centre but not difficult. There is a bus stop across the street that takes you directly to train station.
