The property and room were clean and comfortable. The room had a jacuzzi in it an even though we did not use it, the room was humid and a little musky and the towels and bed spread were slightly moist. Breakfast was minimal but ok. The hotel is pet friendly and was a big reason for us selecting it since we were traveling with our dog. Overall, the experience was good and we would stay there again.

Two bugs in the room but that’s all I saw.

The beds were clean and decent We had to kill a bug crawling on the wall. When we arrived, the phone didn't work and we had to control the TV from the back, the remote intermittently worked. We put the sign up to give us privacy w the family, since we were still getting ready. We requested additional towels from staff that was cleaning other rooms. The staff came in to our rooms to grab all the towels from the room to provide new ones, that was pretty uncomfortable, since we had the sign on the door. We later found our that they only provide towels upon "exchanging" them out. Off all the rooms we'vestayed it. , I've never heard of that. I can only assume they have a shortage? All in all it served our purpose to rest for the nights we were there.

They did not let us check in before even thought i did let them know i was gonna arrived around 3-4AM .. i was struggling for 11 hours with no room !! Me and my family were just driving around we got tired and left .. NEVER got the room .. now they property manager wants me to pay the fees !??!? HORRIBLE

Very nice employees, and was very clean and easy to book right after a holiday Really no complaints but I guess the pool closes at 10 it would be nice to swim later

Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Amenities can be better inside the room. Housekeeping was exceptional. Breakfast was poor. No hot food.
