Omni Interlocken

Upon a late night arrival with a very weary family in tow and a huge college move in day ahead of us, we were met by the most exceptional and caring staff at check in. Our initial room had a minor security issue with a broken window lock, and upon bringing this to their attention the same night, we were without hesitation moved into another room--which happened to be a significant upgrade compared to the original--and given additional food & beverage coupons and the clear impression that we were as important to them as any other guest could have been. It left an impression in the bets possible way, without a doubt. The grounds were beautiful, well kept and maintained. The pools were wonderful, and the pool staff made us feel special. The onsite dining was consistently delicious, with terrific and friendly staff from our waiters to bartenders, and everywhere we ventured there were games, activities or someplace awesome and scenic to sit and take it all in with the family.

Very clean. We wished the outside bar was open a little later as the evenings were wonderful to sit outside. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to have a much needed get away.

Great location. Incredibly friendly employees throughout the hotel. The pool is really nice. The hotel could use a better variety of places to eat.

The hotel was very nice with a mountain resort vibe. The rooms are nicely decorated and renovated recently. I liked being close but away from downtown Boulder.

The staff is so friendly and helpful.. The pools hot tubs are so nice and openned tiill 11pm. The resturant had good food. Many places in the libby to sit down and talk with friends. Omni was all it advertises. Outstanding

I loved my stay at the Interlocken Omni over the Fourth of July weekend. The staff was great, my room was clean and comfy with great linens, and the iced spa water in the lobby was a lovely touch. I’ll be back.

The staff was phenomenal and super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My issue wasn’t with them at all. They were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate me. It was that the room I had a problem with. The only window opened to the lobby, so there was no natural light coming in. In addition to that the sound of the elevator could be heard clearly through the wall all night long. The facilities were beautiful and I truly enjoyed the pool as well as the grounds, but this room, 328, should have been at least half price due to the fact that there was no natural light and it was continuously loud. At best, they would change this room into a storage area, and worst they should inform clients of the lack of window and noise in the room before they book. Have fun staying here— it’s beautiful— but just make sure you don’t have this room.

This property is beautiful and a great bargain !

The fitness center could use a modern update - paint, full selection of dumb bells, refinished flooring. Also, some of the ice machines located on each floor are really old.

Awesome front desk she was very sweet and helpful!

My husband and I stayed for two nights to go to concerts in the area. The staff was absolutely lovely and the property is beautiful. We will definitely be back!
